This place need serious training. Last week we order boneless box missing 1 chicken strip. Today poutine there is messed up.
Actually the freshest KFC I've had around van. Seriously the moons must have aligned because everything we ordered was fresh. Every other kfc experience from mission to maple ridge will be under the bar because of this
Found a piece of plastic inside a piece of spicy chicken. The plastic looks like packaging material, it is approximately 2 inches long and 1 inch wide. I found it on the chicken meat, underneath the batter ? I am absolutely disgusted.
No straws, no ice, fountain drink stand running out of the pop as well. Not given napkins but wasted handfuls of salt pepper and ketchup. Fries weren't very hot...had that cold taste of grease and rubbery texture. Tables questionable clean...hit n miss. Won't be coming back to this location. Ever!

Worst kfc ever. Bought 3 premium tacos, mashed potoes and gravy. They gave me potatoe salad instead of mashed potatoes, the gravy spilled all over my 3 tacos. Waste of $15. Tried calling back and they don't answer. Avoid this place!! Go to popeye's better chicken and better customer service.
Slow service and drinks had ice all the way upto the top and got very little fries and they were stale. They always find a way to cheap out. I deserve a refund.

It’s almost Valentine’s Day and the chicken arrived in a Santa bucket. Chicken is greasy and overcooked. Super bland. Fries were dry, bland and soggy. Don’t even talk about the gravy. It looks like mushroom sauce with zero taste. The worst KFC meal EVER. We won’t be returning.
