This smoothie and experience totally changed my prior perception of Jugo Juice which wasn't great based on a prior bad customer service experience.It was super yummy, good size and tasted awesome. I guess you could say it was the juice! Pun intended, it was pretty dope nonetheless. I got the Clean Kick seasonal smoothie which had great flavor, very fresh tasting and packed with wholesome and healthy ingredients.The Jugo Rewards program is actually pretty sweet and gets you some good loyalty points so get saving for them slurps ya'll!
There were only two ladies working at the shop, and there was a line up when I got there. The cashier lady was so busy trying to take down all the orders and make the drinks - she was in charge of the whole operation. To my surprise, the drink came out very tasty. She made sure to check the drink was well mixed before handing it out to me, which was very good. I would go there again, but I hope the owner gets more staff to make sure the customers are well-served in timely manner.

Beware Some of the employees tries to overcharge you at this location.I always come to this location but last three times I ordered only carrot juice and never checked the receipt but last time when i paid attention the employee charged me for orange juice even on the receipt it said orange juice which is expensive than carrot juice, when i asked her the reason she told me that our system is updating. I didn’t knew that she was lying until i went to Coquitlam location today and i came to know they were over charging at Guilford location. Stop lying and overcharging your customers otherwise you will will loose them. Do better job.

I witnessed one of your employee's blame a customer for their mistake... and told her they were going to throw out the wrap that she brought back... very unprofessional. I felt terrible for the customer, she was polite and kept her composer better then I would have if they talked to me like that. This was more then just bad service this was a disgrace. Do better Jugo Juice I left without buying anything and I won't be back.

Ordered two snack size coco beach, it was way too sweet. It was more of a juice than a smoothie with no taste of coconut. On top of that, there was two and half inch of room in the cup. Very disappointing to receive two almost half empty drinks. Will not return to this location.
