Came here twice in one weekend. Very cute ambiance with plenty of space to sit. Hawaiian island theme is very refreshing. Menu is very elaborate and has a wonderful twist to it. Wait time is moderate. Drinks and food are well priced because they are quality. Unfortunately the 4star is because of the service. Everyone working there seemed very uninterestedBeach Bum Latte-light iced coffee. Banana syrup was a must try but an acquired taste.Lanai smoothie- refreshing and mango basedBig island smoothie- great blend of peanut butter and fruit smoothieAçaí bowl - good portion of toppings and smoothie. Not too sweet.Toasted sesame bagel - nice and fluffy
The two teens working at the front looked so unhappy and miserable. I got the worse customer service ever. Not even a hi. Just a cranky teenager behind the till and the other making the drink. It was like mean girls. We got dirty looks the whole time and my name was spelled wrong. I wouldn’t mind paying for overpriced drinks if the customer service was good but it wasn’t. You’d get better treatment at Starbucks!!
Excellent plus they have a delicious poke bowl and acai bowls. Muffins, sausage rolls, lots of herbal teas and coffees. Outdoor seating available.
Food, coffee and ambiance were lovely (though wiping tables and refilling milks were clearly not a priority). However the 18 minute wait fora toasted bagel (only one person ahead of us, who wasn’t served her food until after we got ours) seemed a bit much.I can get food almost as good 10x faster at Timmies. I’d come back for coffee, but the cook is very slow.
This review is more about the customer service at this location rather then the actual quality of the drinks we ordered. I ordered a smoothie for my child and a latte for myself. They were both average, nothing to pay 17 dollars for. The girl at the till was very professional and probably the only one taking her job seriously. The barista who made my sons smoothie incorrectly stood around a few minutes. When I asked if that was my child’s drink she rudely told me no I made it wrong. I explained that I was somewhat in a rush as my husband was outside waiting with our infant twins and I would just take it as is. She was super rude and just handed it off without an apology. They were not busy when I walked in, and it should not have taken 15 minutes to make in the first place. Never in my 20 years of going to Starbucks has a barista ever been so rude or dismissive to me. I know everyone loves hating on big corporations but honestly for a local small business I was not impressed by their service, and likely will not be returning.
The employees working the lunch rush on April 5 were so incredibly slow. My friend and I ordered the Alina Flatbread around 12:15 and we finally got it at 12:40. Guests that were here after us got their food first. To add insult to injury, they didn’t call out our order so our food just sat there and then we found out upon opening that they forgot an ingredient. Don’t recommend
Cute little coffee shop! Staff were really friendly
Got a ChocoMacaLatte and it tasted like milk no flavor. Not what you expect for over $6. The same Islands latte in White Rock was delicious. Would not recommend this Location.
Coffee/Tea was tasty. Service was decent as well…but don’t expect to relax there. Musing was blasting the whole 20 min I was there until I got a splitting headache and left. Vibe was almost like a nightclub rather than a relaxing coffee place.
I LOVE that they set out different types of milk such as oat or soy or almond. U don't even have to ask for it!But pricey to try any of the eats. But it's nice inside.
