Some of the better ramen in Langley, however the quality and authenticity doesn’t come anywhere close to Vancouver and other metropolitan areas (Richmond, Burnaby, etc.)I’ve tried their shoyo, shio, and spicy miso ramens (pork). Mushrooms and spinach in ramen is strange. Their aburi chashu is also.. strange. No bamboo shoots, garlic.. etc. Feels like white-washed ramen ?♀️
First time trying inari and was pleasantly surprised by it. Tried the spicy tuna version and it was a nice counter to the sweetness of the rice.Followed that with the spicy miso ramen with pork chasu and it was so good, definitely worth the visit.
I have visited here couple of times. Everytime, I tried new different dishes. I really like them. Almost dishes are delicious. Staff is friendly and useful. Restaurant’s view is nice and beautiful, good place for warming dinner with family. However, this is Korean restaurant and they try to make Japanese food. The flavour of this restaurant is good but it is still missing depth of flavour compared with original dishes what I have been eatten in Tokyo. That’s why I voted for 4 stars.Still recommended for anybody wanna try Japanese cuisine.
Happened to be in Langley and came across this place. Looks new with nice, clean decor. Food was ok. Ramen could’ve been hotter in temperature. Ordered spicy miso ramen at medium spice level. Was fairly spicy not much flavour. Egg seasoning and chasu was too sweet. Also had prawn tempura and gyoza, both ok. Flavour of food seems more Korean than Japanese. Probably won’t go back as there are much better places in Vancouver but perhaps there is not many other options out there.
One of the best Japanese Ramen in town. This place is definitely a hidden gem.Clean environment, friendly staffs, awesome foods with great value. If you are looking for an authentic Japanese Ramen, I strongly recommend this place.
Amazing food - I've been here a few times now, each time trying more of the menu and it has not disappointed! Their ramen is well balanced, takoyaki are freshly fried, and karaage is crispy, very moist, but not heavy at all! The guy donburi is full of flavour with soft tender beef and a sauce that seeps into the rice that makes it extra delicious. Fresh salmon sashimi and pan grilled gyoza. All amazing choices and friendly staff! Highly recommend this place :)
Looking for an authentic alternative to Akedo Ramen and finally! Appears to be Korean-owned but you know what, I'll take it. Mayu ramen with the crispy garlic is just ? and the torched chashu pork!!!!!
I ordered Mayu ramen with the spiciest level.(10)It was surprisingly very good.Didn’t quite expect ramen in Langley to be this good but I would give this particular ramen 9/10.I would recommend going here. ?
After trying my first-ever bowl of Ramen on the weekend at a mall food court and being pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed it, I decided to try some more “authentic” Ramen. A quick search online indicated Hiroshi Ramen was one of the best Ramen places in Langley. I ordered a Spicy Miso Ramen for pickup. Service was fast, friendly, and prompt. The Ramen did not disappoint, and the “level 5” spiciness I chose delivered the perfect amount of flavour and “kick”. If you like spice, but not TOO hot, I wouldn’t go higher than a Level 5 Spice Level. I slurped the whole bowl down in 5 minutes, it was so good, especially on cold rainy night! I will definitely be back, and will bring my husband next time to dine-in. Only thing I would recommend is that they update their website to show their proper opening hours.
Recently found out about this ramen shop in Langley. I’ve been here 3 times in 10 days. That says a lot about how I love this place. Reasonably priced and delicious food. I also had their sushi and they turned out to be surprisingly good.
