I ordered 2 Philly cheesesteak sandwiches one with onion and one with no onion. The one that had the onions was absolutely disgusting and the onions with completely burned and charred and so bitter. it was inedible until I had to scrape out every last bit of burnt onion.
The food is amazing! especially the Bihari Kabab. but the portion is very little and it's good enough for kids only. otherwise, the rest shall deserve 5 stars.
When i first order something from the store the chickine tikka and the Naan were so warm and they tasted very good, the price was not that expensive. Please dont close the store, you guys make the best foods i ever tasted in my life
The best service ever hy mr Zaffar and his highly professional team.They take every customer as thier personal friends.Food was impeccable and absolutely delicious.One thing is guaranteed at this restaurant is food is always fresh.left overs are deposited in bin same night .I strongly recommend this place
We ordered the breakfast boxes and the food was gone bad and was old.The kids already ate their food before the adults. When the adults opened the box it smelled and right away we put it away. After the kids were complaining about stomach pain. I decided to bring the food and drive all the way back. They said we will only refund 2 plates because the other 2 were eaten. I told these poor people to keep there money and that I will never eat here again. As I was standing, their was another person right beside me complaining about hair in his food. So you can really see the quality and customer service speak for itself. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!
Very poor service, we ordered Afghani Tika, it was very cold as if it was from the fridge. When confronted the server he said, what's wrong with your hands? Water was not served, when asked if they had water, he said yes, didn't make an effort or bothered to serve water. We had to again ask, can we have water? Then he gave us just a glass of water, whereas we were 3 of us dining in. Will never recommend it to anyone.
I used to order from this place so many time and the food overall used to taste good. The restaurant staff and chef doesn’t even care about their customers satisfaction or concern. They just want to make money by serving rotten meat (specially) chicken tikka on platter. The biryani rice is not even basmati. They think people living in Canada are stupid that they won’t even recognize the difference in food. For the last 6-7 consecutive time I’ve been having a very bad experience. I never wanted to leave the review on the website as I usually don’t like to degrade any business/company but this time I was very much disappointed. The people work so hard in Canada to make money and then they go to these restaurants to get the food so that they can save their time and even though the prices are not reasonable. I would recommend people to go to the other places like Zaiqa or any other halal restaurants but please do not go to this gulberg as they sell rotten and old meat. They’re just making money by selling bad/old food and they don’t even care about their customers. A big NO to this place.
Amazing halwa puri chana and dum aloo buffet brunch…best vegetarian buffet option in town for sure
