Employees seem nice, the drink station seems clean so I'll give them a star for that.However the rest of the shop is extremely filthy.. as you can see the pictures attached. Chairs seem to have bodily fluids on them which is disturbing. All the black and red chairs have this issue. The booths seem to be a little more clean though.Drinks are okay. They use powder for their drinks which is fine with me personally but they told me I couldn't have coconut jelly in my mango smoothie without an explanation??This used to be my favorite boba place prepandemic and to see it in such bad shape now is sad.
I would have given a 0/5 if that was an option, but here's what I experienced. I waited 20+ minutes for a red bean egg waffle, but they gave me a waffle that is soggy and ripped apart to the point where I could see the red beans in the waffle. When I asked them about the quality of the waffle, they literally said, "Same batter, tastes the same." No apologies whatsoever. But as I was turning around to leave the store, they apologized to another customer saying, "Sorry for the wait", when that customer ordered right after me. The workers and the customer looked like Filipinos, so I thought to myself maybe they are being nice to their own people. Even if what I thought is not true, it's still true that I did not receive any form of apology for the terrible food quality, and if their food quality and customer service is this inconsistent, I have no intentions of coming back here.
The s working the cashier was really nice and helpful. Only issue is that they need more staff upfront. I came in and I only saw one girl taking and making orders. Had to wait for a long time for my drink, but it was still delicious.
everything tastes fine, but can you guys stop using the paper cone for bubble waffle take out? it's too small and not sanitary when 80% of the bubble waffle is not cover, and it seems like it's gonna fall any minute. maybe use the red paper bag like you used to? that one is cute and more secure.
the Taro Milk Tea w/ Red Bean slaps so hard tho sheesh ?? 11/10 will get it againalso the place is real cute and well lit; it's nice to sit here while I wait for my next bus :)
We are celebrating our wedding anniversary and just saw this while driving around Surrey . The best bubble tea, friendly and fast service! highly recommend!
Convenient. Friendly Staff, A stacked menu of some of the best drinks ive ever gotten to try. and i suggest spending the extra couple bucks to leave with a fresh made waffle in hand as well as a snack with your beverage of choice. My personal fav is the matcha waffle to go along with a honeydew milk tea topped with pearls and house whip! mmmm///and they have a points card which is always a nice added bonus once your hooked. because im telling you. YOU WILL ORDER AGAIN lol...thanks to the staff and creators of all your special drinks . oh and they have a daily special drink menu to top it all off.Just aceross from Surrey Central Station to the left of the convenienve store! CHECK IT OUT
Good drinks. Very spacious. Filipino staff are nice. You can wait inside while you wait for your bus (but kindly at least buy something).
Not the best experience visiting this location on Feb.11. The employee (m) that took my order was great, my issue with the experience was after I had ordered. I ordered two drinks and one was something I wanted to try (coconut coffee smoothie). After they had just finished blending my drink the (m) employee allowed the (f) employee to taste the final product. My biggest concern was that she used her own finger to taste it even before pouring it on the cup which was very unsanitary! After this, she had made a comment about the drink saying "it tastes like old man". All in all, it was very unhygienic and very unprofessional to hear that unnecessary comment.
Staff work very slow. Even when including the few online orders they had, we were only one's in line and waited pretty long for our milk tea. The taro milktea tastes really bad. Ordered it on two separate days just to see, still tastes bad. The Renfrew location was more enjoyable
