Had the worst experience at this freshii today. There was an old lady working that completely mangled my whole order. It was cold, missing ingredients and not even wrapped properly, Also tasted super off. I’m a fan of freshii but this location ain’t it.
Bad bad tacos. Also the meal w drink is a scam. Theres only water or canada dry. Server took30 mins to make 3 tacos which were tasteless
Small portions compare to price.
Super friendly staff ,clean location and easy to get to if you want a healthy option right by the skytrain.I was impressed by the service which was fast and friendly and I would recommend again to family and friends.
The lady that took my order was super friendly and informative. Asked her what menu has the lowest calorie and she was kind enough to go through the paper to give me the right choice.Food was amazingly good. First time trying Freshii but I surely will be back for more!
Ordered from Skip, Chicken chunks NOT bite size, avocado was very hard and came in 1 piece instead of cut up, barely any dressing, the bacon was clumped together, about 4 curds of goat cheese.For a $20 bowl, very disappointing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Owners... read the reviews so you can improve.
I rarely leave bad comments but this location is really bad. The portion is less than others, only 2/3 of the bowl for 15 CAD. The avocado is raw which happens three times. I won’t visit it again. I mean never
Great service and food but the portion sizes are often smaller than they should be. If I'm paying $13 for what is essentially rice and veggies that bowl better be full. Please improve this."Cultures" in the mall food court not far away has similar rice bowls and they only charge $11 and they fill it right up to the lid. No extra charge for protein. So let's be better!
Went to freshii at surrey central hoping for a healthy bite. Instead the gentleman there added copious amounts of sweet and spicy sauce to the wrap without even asking. The wrap gave my near instant heart burn and acid reflux.My lips were glowing red and it was a waste of my money and a short lunch break I get ensured I went hungry as the food was inedible.I go there regularly and it's fine but someone comes along who does things however they want instead of following the regular process because they think they know better. There is no way what I was served was standard.
Place in nice neat and clean.I ordered my food online. It was ready on my arrival. I got greeted by Alexis by great smile. She was polite and very professional.Thanks for making my day
