Best Fat Burger in the lower mainland. I've been to other locations in BC, and they need to take a que from these folks. They were friendly, the place was clean, and my burger was picture perfect.
Service and portion sizes are good, food is excellent.Everything made to order so it's fresh off the grill or fryer, takes a little longer than fast food.

This is my favorite restaurant, but I don't like the service at this location. I asked for the gravy to be put on the fries. It's a small thing and I'll do it myself but it makes me feel like I'm not being listened to. And they don't remove the number signs when they deliver your food, so it's impossible to tell what tables are available. It's my first time at this location since they moved from over by the mall and I think I'm going to avoid it for awhile to see if the service improves.
Husband picked up dinner. My dinner was a bacon cheese burger and traditional poutine I swear there are 30 skinny fries in my box. I stuck my folk in the box took out 3 fries and was at the bottom of the box. My burger was cold even the top bun was cold after being wrapped in the foil wrap. My husband was a King burger and it too was cold. His onion rings were soggy. We live close enough that the food should have still been hot. It wasn’t even warm. After a long day I was not taking it back. And I shouldn’t have to. It should be hot and fresh. We have used Skip and have done pick up a few times but not after tonight dinner. Update I called the number on the Receipt spoke with the owner. She is willing to replace some of the order. Not sure if I am interested in returning
Today I ordered a lettace wrapped Veggie Burger with no tomatoes & Cajun Curly Fries. When I opened the fries, I noticed there was nseasoning on them, they were plain. I went inside and the woman sprinkled the smallest amount on the fries, could barely taste it so I was pretty much eating plain fries....threw them out. Then when I started to eat my burger I noticed there was tomato in my burger.....not sure how hard it is to follow a clear online order receipt, I ordered no tomatoes for a reason. I would take your money elsewhere, there was only 2 other people in the restaurant at a time. The workers must not pay attention to what they are doing.
Food was good, if you have been to fat burger its what you would expect, service was... lackluster, not bad but it felt like the staff was just really bored or poorly tired on the end it didn't effect the intent of getting food and enjoying it so 4 stars
Disgusting...After spending over 50 bucks on their "famous" burgers trying them for the first time..I was chewing on a big artillery!!!!What else do you put in your meat!?So disappointed!
We have had breakfast here many times and the taste, freshness is consistent. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because our table was dirty and the person preparing our food was not wearing a hair net. Just saying! not sure if it’s a requirement here.
Friendly and Fast Service. Tasty Burgers. Will go again to explore more. Worth the Wait for Fat Burger.
