Horrible staff! was shopping and a bunch of bags and a $10 smoothie I had bought. He wouldnt let me sit and eat with my husband because of my drink. He said I could sit outside and finish it like at child. Yet I had no problem bringing their pizza into the smoothie shop. Never will eat there again. ever.
First couple experiences were good. Did take out and they forgot all the meat on the pizza (I paid extra for). I called and they said they will give me a credit. Just went in today. Gave them another try today Ordered my same order. Paid extra for all the toppings, they forgot 3 out of 5 toppings, and the other 2 toppings were almost non existent on the pizza. I might as well have ordered a regular cheese pizza. The store was DEAD. 1 other table. The food took a very long time. Service was slow and painful. They don't seem to care about business or the customer. I definitely will not be going back. Waitress called the manager. Nobody really cared. No real resolutions except to wait another 30 mins for another pizza. Expensive, time consuming and bad service.

Good service, bad pizza. Ordered 2 pizzas and both were very bland tasting and some of the worst pizza I've had. Very little sauce on both and almost no cheese on one. I came here back when they first opened and everything was very good, although the service has remained great it is sad to see that the food has gone downhill
Just wanted to say we had the nicest waitress I think we’ve ever had the other night. Hannah you are a gem and we appreciated how awesome you were with us. Everything tasted great, and like I said service was amazing!! Loved the eco friendly Togo containers!!

Visit this place with my friends last night. Food is good and drinks as well. One of my fav place in surrey. Staff is super friendly and great service.
Thank you DAWN !!I've been to this location twice now. Dawn has been my server on both occasions. I actually left my wallet in the restaurant the first time around, and she made sure I got it back (absolutely nothing was missing). YES, the pizza (and meatballs) are great, but I really appreciate the service as well. Honest, hardworking people are hard to come by these days!Thank you Dawn!
Love it here. Really good for weekday nights because it’s quiet and chill. Good pizza, pasta, drinks & dessert. Staff are always nice and quick service
