Great ambience and reliably tasty Earl's offerings. The newly added Jumbo crabcakes served with a green salad was really good. ?
Let's start with the good. Food was good, fresh, well prepared and tasteful. We tried hamburger, ribs and poke bowl.Restaurant is nicely decorated and very clean, with good parking.Only 2 stars because of the staff. Service is good but location only hires women (1 waiter to be accurate and 15 waitresses on the floor when we were there). All are wearing tight/short dresses, and over 90% of them are blonde. Vibe feels like an old gentlemen club. It's 2022 and this location has no clue about diversity and equity.
Amazing experience - staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our sever Ada was awesome, we came in with hopes of oysters at a price we saw online but saw in person they changed the menu. The manager Claire honoured the price which we were super happy about. Thank you South Surrey Earls staff for the amazing experience ! Highly recommend.
We visited this Earls location for the first time this weekend. All of the staff that we interacted with were excellent. Our server Pria was great and attended to us as soon as we were settled in (it took a minute to get our toddler in her booster thing). Serena, one of the managers, came by our table, introduced herself and played with my daughter for a minute. It's the little things that make or break an experience. The food was excellent.
On January 26th, Elizabeth and I, Russell, came back to the same Earl’s Restaurant located in South Surrey and brought along her relative, Alex, to join with us. We were very hungry and ordered a lot of foods. Our servers were Johnny, Desiree, and the manager, Hanna. We had the best of everything from appetizers to the main courses (steak/lobsters) and even desserts, plus coffee and cafe mocha (my favorite). We were so full; we couldn’t order anything anymore. It was the greatest feast we’ve ever had! The service was fantastic! We would like to thank Claire (kitchen manager) for compensating our meals from an incident before and thank you so much for treating us on the house. It was the best there is!! My Elizabeth and I would love to come back to your restaurant and we would be so happy to see Claire again. We highly recommend this restaurant for others to come. You will be satisfied with the service and the foods are outstanding!
Just had really good take out food from here. The food was warm and I was very Impressed that the food arrived in bio degradable containers. I will definitely order from here again. So impressed!!

Haven't been to Earls in a while but we weren't disappointed. Service and food was excellent and their covid checks were in force for our safety.
Absolutely horrified with this place. They served us a beer with a huge piece of glass in it. We had to double check every beer that came because we had no faith in the bartenders care for our safety.They're lucky if we don't bring a law suit against them.
Went for a dinner with my boyfriend, and after we paid our bill and left the building, noticed that we ordered a regular “Steak Frites”, aka, regular sirloin steak with a side of fries. My server charged us for a Filet Mignon with a side of fries. Obviously can’t look at a steak and know right off the bat what type of cut it was. If I wanted a $50 steak, I probably would’ve gotten it with a better side than fries. Super disappointed.Genuinely displeased with this location. Haven’t been back since the last time I had a bad experience and never heard back from management. Super unprofessional and poor training clearly.
