Took the family for dinner. The food was good and the service was great but there were some other small issues: -The lettuce wrapped burger only had one piece of lettuce on one side. Told the server and it took quite a while to add another piece, but it was fixed. -The AC wasn’t working, we had to fan ourselves with our menus. -The ambient lighting in the main dining area was a bit too bright. It kinda felt like we were dining at someone’s house. Looking forward to trying the Ribeye next time.

Good food, good service

I asked for the crab cakes which I saw on the menu under the appetizer section for under $30. The server asked me if I wanted to get the entree instead as it came with a salad. I said sure. She didn’t mention the price until I got my bill and it came to a total of $37 before tax for crab cakes and salad. Absolutely ridiculous. And to top it off, the crab cakes were disgusting. I only ate half of one cake and didn’t bother getting it packed to go because it was gross. Earls, if you’re going to dabble in seafood dishes make sure it’s done right.

We attended for brunch. The restaurant did not have items for just about each item we ordered. Our server told us there was: No eggs No Nashville for chicken No margherita for pizza After multiple times following up on colouring pages for our kids the server told us the printer was also not working. The rice was undercooked in the kung pao so were compted for coffees instead (vs the meal or half the meal). We had to remind the server to remove the coffee from the bill. Our booth was in terrible condition with staples sticking out. I had to remind my kids to keep away from them to avoid being injured.

No air conditioner ,bad customer service, poor quality of food and drinks. Arrogant waitress!!

Food was amazing !!!!! The service was great ! Everything was just great !! Will definitely come again for those crispy tofu rolls !!!!!

Disappointing experience. Food was of mediocre quality and prices were very high. The one nice thing was that the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The air conditioning didn't seem to be working well, although the temperature outside was unusually high. The echoing noise in the restaurant space from the music and the other patrons made it difficult to hear each other speak.

We made reservations for 5:30 and requested the patio. We arrived early and had to wait to be seated. I asked if the patio was available and the hostess said yes but it will be a five minute wait. We waited the five minutes and then we’re told by another hostess that it would be five minute wait. There were plenty of seats available in the patio from where we were sitting so we just said that we will sit anywhere that will allow us to be seated quicker. She seated us and waitress came over and we ordered our drinks. It took awhile before she came back to take our food order and we had to look around for her. Food was only mediocre which was disappointment.

Earl’s does a great brunch. Super friendly server and hostess.

I have never been to "Guildford" or anywhere near Surrey, but the Earl's staff there charged $89 on my card. I have contacted Earl's and they say there is nothing they can do. Don't use your credit cards to buy Earl's gift cards, something strange is happening! Earl's please stop this from happening to people!
