I came in today and I am not satisfied with my order. I have ordered from here a few times, and order the chicken platter and my rice is always uncooked. I told the worker to make sure my rice is fully cooked as my meal was for my iftari as I was fasting today despite this my rice was still undercooked. Funny my potatoes were also undercooked as well. I would not come back as this is something that always happens. Both my mother and I shared a plate and we also have tummy aches because of the food! Very upset!! Not only this, I tried ordering from the website and it crashed and noticed a price difference when ordering in person and when ordering direct from the dinehall website and no there was no discount on the site! I also found it strange that I couldn't place an order on call and had to come in person! Other then this the portion size is really big for the price but disappointed as the food is always undercooked. The staff were friendly and tried to make sure my order went smooth.
Ordered dinner through Uber app on June 8th (around 9pm) and the delivery guy just left the package on the street! Without any text or call! That’s insane…Regarding the dinner it was really delicious. Thanks ?
Always love this place, but sorry I didn’t like your service today. For some reason your website was not working on my phone and I called placed my order the girl said it will be ready in 10min when I went there Got to know that my order was not even taken.

Food is amazing! I’ve picked up and had it delivered by Skip and the product is consistent and fresh and flavourful. The only thing I don’t like is the extra charge for sauces. Most places give you like 4 choices included in your wrap. This place limits it to two and not all the sauces. I would urge them to change that. I love the retro drinks they also offer. Place is pretty reasonable in price too. Highly recommend the chicken souvlaki wrap or platter
Lamb soulvaki is so good it's really worth it. I enjoyed the meal and will come back and they close at 11. It's killz. apparently they use another packaging box to put the food in and now its a lot less serving compared to before but still the same price. i feel like they did it on purpose. bring back the brown packaging instead of the white one because the serving is a lot less now and its not really worth it if its going to be this expensive.
The Donair fries with wowwow sauce were amazing! Best fries in town.
