We went to the gol gappe stand a few days ago and we couldn’t be more disappointed. it was horrible we ordered 4 plates of gol gappe and 1 juice which costed 30$ Absolutely stupid. And it’s not just the price, the gol gappe were so empty ? all they did was put a few beans in there and ton of pani like bro atleast put potatoes and other stuff absolute waste of money and horrible gol gappe also the lady’s working there couldn’t of been any more rude.

Order at your own risk!!I ordered "kadahi chicken" and they provided me "kadhai paneer". When I called them that they gave wrong order, the girl who picked up the call said "fer ki hoya kha lo" ??‍♀️I said, I paid for chicken not for paneer, she said 1-2 dollar da fark hia... koi gal ni. I would give zero to their customer service.Nd she said we don't deliver. Come back we will give you kadhai chicken.So because of your fault i have to travel all the way to your shop. Hilarious!!!!Fer kehna, Punjabi customers ida bolde aa ?

They don't even deserve a single star.. i ordered jalebi online waited almost 40 mins but no dasher was assigned so i decided to pick up my order instead. When i reached there they told me that they are out of jalebi and can get something else instead , who is going to let the customer know that the menu item is out of stock..i drove almost 20 mins to pick my order. This is totally unacceptable.

Their jalebies are not even sweet enough and customer service is disgusting. Man working their with the girl is extremly rude. Prices are not genuine. They freak charge 10 dollar for small beet root juice?

We specially went there for their golgappa’s. There was no regret because they were so yummy ?. I don’t live in British Columbia, so it was better then what we get in our city.

We especially came from Kelowna to eat pani puri there , no doubt golgappe was tasty but the customer service was very bad. The girls working there have too much attitude and rudeness . We got upset by the customer service there .

Worst customer service ever!!!!The girls working there don’t even know how to greet customers. They don’t how to take care of customers. We had to ask them for plates, napkins etcetera. Otherwise they don’t even bother themselves to come and ask if we need anything!!!I hope to see better staff working there in future.

I order food from this place oftenly. The food is delicious and they do have great portion. Giving 3 star coz today I ordered biryani but all I got the regular rice with freezed vegetables. I can make it at home ??‍♀️. I ordered biryani so please serve biryani rice with fresh vegetables. I love the food and taste from this place so it’s a request to improve the quality of this dish.

Our experience was really bad this time. we were regular guest since 2018. Food was good but the service was terrible. We went there on Sunday.The girl at the front was very unprofessional and rude too, seems like she doesn't want to help us. And another girl who took our order, was not wearing mask first and don't have any experience about guest service.

Like other reviewers - same issueFood is great but the service is awful! Like last night Jan 15, server literally dumped the food on my table and disappeared and I had to ask if I can get a plate and cutlery…No attention….goes to next table to take the order while I’mWaiting staring at my food for 5 minutes. I’m a regular for 2 years and staff used to be great but recently particularly the “new servers”, very bad attitude and they think the world revolves around them. Empathy and respect to customers goes a long way in this business especially during Covid time.I highly suggest that the owners need to hire new staff not rely on these unskilled students, but I can see there is labour shortage everywhere so options are limited. I hope this place improves the staff as the food is great. I hope the owners pay attention to these reviews!
