I organized my year-end staff breakfast at this Denny’s. They were 50+ people and the service was excellent. The manager, Mayank went above and beyond to make this an easy and well organized event. My whole hearted thanks and recommendations for this restaurant.
This was our first time at any of the Danny's places, and we are very satisfied. We were seated right away, our server was very nice and fast, we didn't wait for anything. The food was very fresh and tasty. It is very clean, family friendly place, and we will surely come back again!
I normally don't like to complain after 1 or 2 bad experiences, but after our 3rd time being here for breakfast, once again our order was wrong and had to wait for the rest of our food while it was being made correctly. We don't enjoy placing a simple breakfast meal only to have it come missing an item or two and having to wait.Not sure if we'll visit this location again as it's the only one that seems to get our orders wrong. The staff however are always friendly and accommodating there.
In the past I have being to this restaurant a number of times and have had a good dinning experience. Today not so much. The service was very slow. We waited at our table for over 15 minutes before anyone came to get our drink order. Finally we got our coffee and the waitress took our food order, which was another 30+ minutes before we got our food. After we ate, we waited and waited for our waitress to come and bring us our bill, till finally we had to ask for the bill. Altogether we were there for over 2 hours. Could be they were sort people today. Just want to let them know we were not too happy about the slow service today.
Breakfast was delicious and a good value. Service was excellent; our waitress was friendly and helpful.
Food was excellent. Unfortunately our service was horrible. Ordered a chocolate milk and was brought a hot chocolate. It was eventually fixed but the hot chocolate sat on our table for the entire meal. I ordered an all American slam and was brought a lumberjack slam. She argued with me that that is what I ordered even though I do not like pancakes. She then charged me for the lumberjack even though I never got the pancakes. Will not return until service improves.
Was very impressed with Camryn our server. We went on a busy Sunday morning and she was organized and attentive. She kept us up to date about how busy the kitchen was and that our food would be out soon. I was also very impressed that when she was busy with someone else she would ask for help from her co-workers to make sure we got what we asked for, if it was a re-fill on coffee, or to-go containers. Very impressed. Thank you Camryn!
I came in here with my sister and I have to say our server, Harneet, was amazing! She’s so great at making conversations and making us feel comfortable. A lot of times you go to restaurants and it just feels like a server is just there to do there job, make money and go home. But Harneet made both of us feel like she cares, she gave us some great options from the menu and kept checking in on us to see if we needed anything. You guys are lucky to have her, she is one of the main reasons I will come back to this location (even though King George location is closer to my house). I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted her hard work to be recognized and appreciated, you don’t see workers like this that often! And the food was amazing as well, would definitely recommend.
