Had to call out twice to get the attention of the 2 employees standing behind the counter with their backs to us. Ordered a Blizzard and a Sundae. Ate about 1/4 of my blizzard to find a short black hair inside. Went back to speak to someone. (Not a hair net in sight.) The manager(?) was apologetic and had my blizzard remade and offered a free cone coupon for next time. I won’t be going back to redeem.
Staff at this location are very unprofessional. 0 customer service very rude. Take no pride in there work very sloppy I suggest going elsewhere. Food was cold even though I sat in and ate. Such a joke
I went to this DQ to buy a Cake and ask the Girl at reception to help me in choosing the cake. I brought the cake in evening and kept it in the fridge so that I can take it out next morning for a small party and I requested to write a message on it which was free.Now the fun part, in morning when I opened the Fridge and checked the cake, Cake was Spread in the plastic enclosure like Ice Cream and when I opened the cake, it just flow like water and spilled out on the floor. Just imagine, I was in hurry and cake SPILLED out.I have never seen cake like this before in my life that flows like ice-cream. Unfortunately I lost the receipt otherwise I would have thrown cake on their faces.I went for first time to try something different and No one guided me that the cake is a ice cake or some other cake.
Im sad I had my mother grab be some ice cream for my birthday, she said add reeses and they add M&Ms instead, just wanted a proper blizzard for my birthday...
I was served a burger with a bun that was almost completely stale and hard. Please check that your ingredients are fresh before you serve them to customers. Very disappointing and unpleasant experience.
Burgers taste extremely dry, tell tale sign that they are old and were put under heater lamps. Don't buy the double cheese burgers for 7 dollars. They aren't fresh. Also cashier handles food (The fries) with no gloves and has their palms all over the top, what are the food safety standards you teach here?Other then that, dine in area is extremely clean, as well as bathrooms. And the staff are nice and helpful.
There new locations is big, bright and clean. Customer service was on point. We got two med Blizzards and the lady serving us was very professional and also entertained my girls by flipping there blizzards up sit down, my girls thought it was magic! We will definitely be coming back. Keep up the great customer service!!
Very awful and rude customer service. If I could give 0 star even they don’t deserve it. The cake melted before I get home and they didn’t refund it. Never go the DQ especially this store
The hours should be on the Google search on overview. Seriously the owner seems like doesn't care when important like the restaurant hours are not posted for the customers. Tried calling and not even an answer and no message! This owner isn't in tune to customer service at all even before you walk in the door!
The classic ice-cream cakes are delicious with the biscuit and fudge Excellent ! The strawberry ice-cream cheesecake does not have enough strawberry or enough cheese, it is entirely filled with vanilla ice-cream. Same thing for blizzards. The blizzard of strawberry cheesecake barely has cheese. Why call it a cheesecake when there barely is any cheese ? Not Enough flavour.
