Girl who was taking our order was very rude.My cousin was checking menu and he just looked at menu for only 2 sec and girl who was taking order said "if u are going to take long , can I do some other work" .It was very rude because I own Gas station too and I know how to treat a customer.If anyone treat a Customer like this in my Store , i will definitely give him/her lesson or Hire a new person.I request Manager to please tell your staff to talk politely and teach them to do good Customer Service.
The staff was fairly quick with orders. However they seem to be skimping on icecream sizes for everything except the blizzards. We ordered a few sundaes and they were significantly smaller than what we have received in the past. Kids were a bit disappointed.
Went through the drive through today double cheese burger, fries, ice tea, and a pre dinner dipped cone. As I was driving down the road I found a 2” dark hair in my fries. So on my way back I dropped in to show them. I did it politely. The girl said oh no went into the kitchen and showed the cook. He said it wasn’t his and plucked at her hair. She plucked at another girls and they laughed and joked. As I stood there for 3 or 4 minutes and only got an oh no I left got in my car and drove away. Not one hairnet in the place. Gave two stars cause the burger was great and the cone was also, but I am thinking what else did I eat that I shouldn’t have. Well I guess the burger was great because it was my last one.
White Rock stable. Great ice cream and service. Hot food is underrated. Chicken strip baskets are good. This was my first job many years ago!
The experience overall experience was good. They do have peak times, that seems really busy. Sunny days and evening that are sunny get busier, with being short staffed. I noticed some items have increased quite a bit. One especially gone up in price. Box of dilly bars only came in box of 6, not long ago per Covid 2020 could get box [email protected], now for box 6 it is 15.95, I think just 2021, box of 6 was 12.95. I feel that is way to high price now. To purchase one dilly [email protected] 3.95 each that high as well. Other items have also gone up in price some.The overall experience of this location, is going downhill, after all the money that was spent to renovate it. I think two years ago, things are breaking down and not being maintained like it should, ?for all the expense that was needed to do the renovation. I feel the staff and owner of this location need to be more proactive, when comes cleaning and doing needed repairs. If you wanted a good customer base, you need maitain and clean things regularly, and make your customer base feel welcome and comfortable, in a well maintained and clean environment.? Hi there we waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes only to find out after advising the order taker that we wanted to use the Deals BOGO medium dipped cone from the app. When came to the window to pay and pick up the waitress in the window tells us “oh we don’t accept the bar code from the App we don’t have a scanner.”It would make sense to place a sign before customers line up to order “ This store does not participate in the Bar codes and Dairy Queen App promotions. ““Please put a sign so we don’t waste our Time.”
Always busy location but it’s worth waiting for good food , staff is friendly and helpful. Big dining room and patio when it’s ok to be outside. It’s got allot of treats for the sweet tooth and custom cakes made to order. Love the poutine and the burgers ? and no heartburn after eating it’s real food!
Terrible service. Been going there once a week for a few months, but over the past few weeks, the drive thru service has become so lousy. Like I went today and waited at the drive thru ordering board, but after 5 minutes of waiting and constantly saying “hello, I’m ready to order, anybody there?” No one came. I went to the window and no one came to the window either for a few more minutes. When she came she kept saying that I wasn’t parked on the right spot. But I was facing the microphone? I mean, if there was ANOTHER ‘right spot’ in front of the ordering board, she could just tell me, but she didn’t. Then she kept making excuses and she got rude so we just left. Horrible
Drive thru took a very long time and food was bad. Snack wrap thing was a mess and not really a snack. More like one bite, it's gone and still hungry. Complete waste of time for a really stupid menu item.
Pretty good unexpected selection with a side salad option and dairy free coconut cream dilly bar and even hot coffee. Poutine too salty though. Would be good to see dairy free blizzards too.. Might need to update the name to dairy free queen
