Would have given a higher rating but for the cost for what you get. Corporate price increases under the guise of CoVid costs, have made the DQ a very expensive place to eat just for fast food. The staff on the other hand were very cheerful and helpful.
We were visiting Cloverdale the other day and wanted to get some ice cream. We visited Dairy Queen a lot, and so I noticed that some items in this Dairy Queen are priced higher compared to other Dairy Queens. And we actually got less ice cream and toppings compared to the same items at other locations. You would think their operating costs should be lower than their counterparts in the city?!! But you actually pay more and get less here.Last but not least, customer service is lacking.
Ordered a cake through the website and loved what they did! Was ready when expected. Great service.
Stopped a few times recently, and each time the service was fairly friendly and quick.
Had the new double stack burger. Might be one of the best fast food burgers I’ve had in a while. Service was a bit slow, but they were very friendly and looked to be a little understaffed (like the rest of the world right now). It was a really good lunch, thanks!
Lol! Well I haven't been here in ages, pulled in for a meal, and it was super reasonably priced. It was the first time I'd felt like I'd gotten value out of a fast food place - which is what they should be, value food, because it doesn't taste very good as far as food goes.Anyways the food was on par with what I expected, I was satisfied with the taste, I was full, I didn't need anything more and it was cheap. I even went out of my way to mention it to a couple people. DQ has some decent food and it's a good price, you should try them out if you haven't been there in a while. Well that's embarrassing.I went back today for the same thing as I did yesterday and to my dismay the exact same thing I had odered previously was 59% more expensive. I inquired as to if there was a sale, or why it had been cheaper and the rep looked confused and said they've always been that price.Oh well. I guess I got lucky and the first time I was in the cashier made a mistake. It's sad because I genuinely thought I could eat for under $5 but the reality is it's closer to $8, which makes it the same as everywhere else. Not really any value to make up for the blandness. I guess I'll just make myself a sandwich next time.
Horrible customer service. Doors were closed way too early before 9:45 pm. I had to call because the staff was ignoring me at the door. They told me to go to order from drive thru. Knocked and was completely ignored. Staff is very rude. Even when they finally acknowledge you, they seem bothered.
The choco dip strawberry blizzard is not tasty. I don’t suggest this flavour. But the oreo fudge was better as compare to strawberry one
When I showed up a Dairy Queen I don't know what they were doing but they had to hasmat suits on and everything else and everything else and everything taped up and went not so I think it had a specialist or a black mold or something going on I aint need that restaurant no more in Coverdale
Terrible customer service. Ordered a pizza ice cream pie 2 days in advance for my grand daughters birthday. Order completely wrong, no apology, no nothing, not even how can we fix this bad experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Consider hiring better staff
