Got the wrong food and almost didnt get my drink today July7 around 7:20ish, do not go here unless you have time to check your order
Wow, prices way up ordered a burger with no tomato and extra pickles, tried to charge me .49 for extra pickles. Was about to spend almost $15 for a burger and small onion rings. No thanks. Lost me as a customer and seems might have lost many as not another customer in store, still took about 3 minutes to offer me service...
Was about to order from here on skip for pick up and they’re charging $7 for a mini blizzard… yeah, no. I’ll gladly drive a little farther. Since when did blizzards sky rocket in price?
Make sure before you take the food from drive thru the food is undercooked and instructions are not followed. This branch doesn’t follow the guidelines of Dairy Queen franchise. Worst service ever!
My sister and I are very picky eaters. We decided to go get blizzards. We checked the flavors online and ordered Reeses pieces cookie dough and Oreo dirt-pie. The “chocolate” ice cream tasted more like vanilla because it wasn’t blended in properly. Every blizzard we have gotten from this place has been melted and liquid and soon as we received it. We’ve noticed that the quality of this dairy queen in particular is deserving of a 1 star. Not to be picky, they have never even flipped our blizzards and last time I checked that means you get a free blizzard.
Indian looking lady was handling our drink with hand rubbing it all over the lid when approached to change it she refused and lied about using a napkin when we all was watching her in the vehicle. She was unprofessional and had NO customer service whatsoever and “claimed” she was the manager. I would not recommend this location
Would not recommend. I was the only car in the drive thru and I was left waiting there for such a long time that I had to honk twice to get their attention. I understand that this is a difficult job and this might be an isolated incident so I didn’t want to leave a bad review but I can see that others have had a similar experience after reading the reviews. The first worker at the drive through was rude and handed me half of my order and slammed the window closed before I could tell her that she forgot my blizzard. I understand there is a wait sometime but it’s common practice to let the customer know and not just leave them their wondering what’s going on. Finally a nice worker came over and apologized and made the rest of my missing order but I won’t ever be going back.
Absolute miserable people working the drive through. While talking they close the drive through window right in our face, we ask for a dilly bar box and an ice cream sandwich box and they give us 2 dilly bar boxes. No respect what so ever.
Fast food staff is mostly overworked and underpaid which I completely understand but there is no need to be rude to the customers. It actually makes the time go faster if you just smile, have a little convo (optional) and treat the customer like they are welcomed.
Airways good Ice cream cakes for my kid's birthdays!
