Very convenient cafe if you want some drinks/snacks while you study :) There's outlets so you can stay for the 1.5 hours, and I'm glad that they have a buzzer so you can grab your seat and just wait for your order to be ready.The hot chocolate is okay. 2.5 or 3/5. ? I prefer the blue lemonade tbh. I really enjoyed the honey toast tho ~Only downside is that the food is expensive for how small it is (I'm pretty sure the small cake was around $8 when I saw it in the display case?). Also, the ability to actually get work done is kinda limited because of how noisy it is - tho this might just be personal because I have the worst attention span lol
Stopped by to have a breve latte, few of the coffee joints that do understand what a breve is.- pretty decent coffee, not as strong though- we tried the strawberry dacquiose, and it was appetizing as well! Must try if you haven’t already- they were out of almond croissants, perhaps the weekend rush!- great music, people & seatings with access to wifi.
Menu needs an update to add more option. Currently, menu include all sugar/ sweet products and as per policy, customer to pay for meal per hour. Eating sugar every hour or non sweet coffees/ drinks not healthy option.Overall great music, great spot to study, great service by barista’s just an menu update required.
Good-bye, Starbucks. Hello Monster!!Been going to the Starbucks just down the street for years. I can see how I missed Coffee Monster. It’s at the very back of a strip mall. You can’t even see it while driving on 152nd.So glad I spotted it while driving through the back road. Coffee is Monstrous tasting. Earl Grey cookie is also amazing. (Ask to have the cookie warmed).Very spacious inside. Big assortment of pastries and coffee alternatives. Staff is super friendly. Will definitely be back.
BEST COFFEE SHOP in Surrey so far. They have so manyyy options for coffee. Loved their mojito latte, as well as Caramel Latte. The coffee art is bonus.
Waited for 15 minutes for two coffees and a cookie while wathcing four teams who came after us getting their orders and leaving. Turned out they forgot about our order. The cashier didn't punch in the order. The cashier didn't even apologize but instead told us that we should have talked to her in more respectful way. The worst Customer Service Ever!Feb 13th 2:30 PMMyself and my girlfriend were waiting for coffees .. more than 10 mins... and everybody were getting theirs... asked wheres our coffees were.. the female cashier said she didn't put our orders....I said Seriously we were awaiting for mins... here. As soon as I said that she rolled her eyes and said sorry but coffee takes more than a minute and I replied back yes it does .. but not more than 10 mins and honestly... she should be apologizing for their errors instead she acted like it was no big deal.... and made us to think that we were impatient..We also requested our cookie to be warmed up and she ended up just putting into a bag .. so we had to ask her to warm up... seriously...Please train your employees on good customer service!
Wow! So happy I came here. Some of the tastiest coffee I’ve had. Much richer and smoother than Starbucks. You can really tell they use quality beans. It is a bit pricey, but for organic coffee I think the price is fair. Customer service is very good, very friendly cashier.
