Usually pretty good pearls and drink quality. But the pearls this morning (April 12, 2022) were not that good. pearls tasted bland and not fully cooked. Reminded of me of Pearl Fever's pearls which are basically tasteless and too hard
This location is always buzzing every time I come! The jasmine milk tea is my go-to, but you can't really go wrong with any of their drinks. Love the way their boba tastes compared to a lot of other boba shops!
The best bubble tea!! Their tea always tastes fresh and I love how you can customize the amount of ice and sweetness to your drinks. You're able to order ahead and the drinks are ready pretty quickly.
sweetness & no ice (the milk is chilled already so I never really think it needs ice, but you can also get light ice if you so desire). It's definitely a unique item that I have never seen anywhere else. I highly recommend this item if you like hojicha (roasted green milk tea) and/or strong nutty notes.
This is my absolute favorite Tea Latte in Seattle and the east side. Perfect size boba with perfect chew. The black tea is incredibly flavorful. Fast and accurate service as well.
Still the best, most authentic boba chain around. Order via the app to track your points to redeem for free drinks. Boba here is always cooked expertly without the typical chewiness that you get from some of their competitors.
The quality of the drinks I purchase here is always consistent! They never let me down once. Their boba is chewy and fresh daily.

In my opinion the best value bubble tea (price-quality) out of all the chain stores. They often have promos too which make it even better.
Customer service is abhorrent/terrible here! At first, I thought it was just a one off but then when I came a second time, it was just as bad. The staff dont even acknowledge you when you enter the storw and youre the only one there and they are on their cell phones and chatting to one another while making your order! Also, the brown sugar bubble tea tastes terrible (watery milk with pearls)- tastes very bad and very much not worth $6.45. Wont come here again.
