I ordered a large dragonfruit smoothie and found a huge piece of fruit in it. It was so big that it occupied almost quarter of the container. I expected a small piece of orange not half an orange in my smoothie. I wish there was more smoothie and less fruit.
I was here with my friends yesterday and I want to say I really love the new renovations.Also regarding the lady who left the review below mine, she was standing 4-5 people behind us and she acted very very childish for an adult, inappropriate in fact. I am surprised someone could get so upset by simply being told to wait in the proper line??? How bad of a day did you have to be to get mad and try to start a fight at minimum-wage employees......Since the new renovations required people to order on the opposite side then it was before, I noticed the girl at the cashier tried to tell people to line up on the other side so they wouldn't be waiting for nothing. A lot of people understood that and and just walked over to the other side to line up. But I don't know why but the lady yelled so loud at your poor employees and didn't seem to understand why she had to wait on the other side and just left. She then came back 5-10 minutes later and then banged her fist really loudly on the counter at the front yelling again at your workers and I am so sorry for the big Karen.but either way, when It was my turn to order the cashier was really kind and my drink came out really fast! The 2 for $10 deal on the dragonfruit is really good if you have a chance to come here :)
Non-friendly attitude and unpleasant customer experience. They use powder milk instead of fresh one and often refuse customer’s request on ingredients. Even they have bogo events, I shop elsewhere
Don’t go to this one. Their promotions are different. They charge for bags, when Burnaby and Richmond don’t.I’m disappointed that the owner chose not to participate for the official social media monthly offerings.To me, it is literally 50 cent difference for coconut jelly. If the owner can’t afford that, then maybe franchising isn’t right for him/her.Also, the drinks are watered down. It taste significantly worse than Burnaby locations.I edited this review so the original owner response is removed. The owner contradicted him/herself in 2 points.ONE: The owner’s original response states that the choice to offer “Mango Green Tea” without coconut jelly as the promotion “offers more choices” to users to customize their drink. However, the owner contradicted his/her own point.Why? Because the November promo includes Large Milk tea with Grass Jelly.FYI: The milk tea November promo in other locations come with PEARLS, but this owner is smart.They knew if it’s pearls, they would make significantly less money because pearl milk tea is the most popular choice.So what did the owner do? He/she intelligently swaps out pearls for grass jelly, and explicitly tells staff that there are no substitution and that they cannot remove grass jelly. How do I know? Because the staff mentioned it immediately to remind customers. This means it had to be trained by the owner.TWO: The owner graciously linked the City of Surrey website indicating that plastics are banned. However, this chain still serves plastic straws.Great attempt on the PR response. I’ll give you props for intelligence. As an owner, that’s smart. ????
Really good Bubble Tea! The classic pearl milk tea is my favourite. Pearls aren’t too sticky. I highly recommend!
The store and service was very good and we were helped in a timely manner. The pearls could be better but this is the problem with every bubble tea place, pearls need a specific cooking time and they start to get more dense(harder) after they are ready. No food business likes waste but maybe put a timer on your pearls.
I really think this shop is very good, because my English is not good, the clerk told me slowly and patiently that I could exchange pearls for coconut! ! ! The manager inside is super nice! Very humorous! The passion fruit drink is very good! Found a new treasure shop will come again next time!
Bubble Gaga is my go to drink, sweet and sour. They honestly have so many varieties to pick and the price is reasonable. They use real fruits for the drink. The services were quick and the staff here are super friendly! Never had a language problem here before.
The new drink - lychee GT is very good. The employees were very nice when I asked questions.
Drinks have been good so far but staff doesn't seem to be too friendly...probably gonna try some of the other places people have been recommending in the reviews here with staff that are more friendly. Probably shouldn't be working in a place like this if you can't have a alright attitude.
