If I could give this place a 0 i would, ordered spicy 2 piece combo. Didn’t get my fries and the chicken was cold and was the regular chicken… tried calling to let them know, and there was no answer. Called 4 times, very unimpressed .Update : My call was answered then they hung up on me once i brought up my concern.
Prices are outrageously high + not that much food besides chicken no sides for a resonable price. Place is unclean (dirty oil + unclean tables + unclean restrooms) they also add curry or some indian spice maybe since the indian population is so high in the area but it taste awful. Dont eat here go someplace else might as well go to a nicer sit down restaurant for these prices
Parking lot was NOT safe! Metal Wires sticking out, poorly marked off.We ordered half and half (spicy and not), especially since it was mothers day and we had a long drive, our mother only eats NOT spicy. We discovered that ALL were spicy once we got home...
By far the worst location I've gone too! Oily chicken, cold gravy, cold pie and cold fries. The jalapeno bombers were the only good thing ? They apparently also couldn't serve any wraps or sandwiches because the chicken was frozen and would take too long to defrost - why even have them on the menu lol?
Amazing customer service. Very very clean inside. Everything taste really fresh. I requested extra crispy fries and they were very helpful.
The Chicken Tenders are delicious. Not something I have often but I heard about this place in Chilliwack and they had one here. Staff was very friendly and polite. I will be back!
If i could return the chicken that we bought just now we would!!! We didn’t check the box until we got home and their chicken looks very disgustingly dark brown , over fried and very oily!!! Probably been using old oil over and over again!!! What a waste of money!!! Will never return at fraser highway location ever again!!!
The food has been horrendous the last few times there. The chicken batter is dry and not cooked through. The gravy last night was cold runny soup and the fries were also cold. I threw most of it out as I didn’t want to get food poisoning
Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Also, they'll give you discount if the chicken you order are about to sold out. Or it's not enough. ie you're order is 4pcs. chicken meal but they only have 3, they give you couple extra chicken wings or if the last chicken are dried/old(er); they'll only charged you for 2pcs. meal ???
They are really friendly and accommodating even when they are swamped. They'll make your large order hot and fresh on request. Really good and usually a fail proof choice when you're craving fried chicken.
