This place is always busy because of its location. We went here for an early dinner prior to seeing the new Batman movie. They never clean the tables so make sure to bring your own Lysol wipes. We’re still in Covid y’know. That’s not the worst, when my GF was about to bite in her burrito, she found a 2” black curly hair on it. She nearly gagged but she was too hungry to leave so she just asked to have it remade. The staff did not apologize but at least they remade her burrito. Thus, gaining this review a two star instead of one. And nope we are not coming back.
Tip: you can ask for a tortilla/ mild/ hot sauce on the side.We’ve been having chipotle since our college days in Florida, and gladly they’ve been consistent all across.I’ve at times placed pickup order on DoorDash to avoid the in store queue, however the pricing total on DoorDash is at-least 20% higher.

The food tasted good, but as I was nearly finished I had to dash to the bathroom and was in horrible gastrointestinal distress. The south park episode from 10yrs ago was true, u will need chipolte-away to get the blood stains out of your underwear. I would not recommend eating here. Food quality and proper sanitation is suspect.
Very fast and efficient service! Everyone’s so nice. I just want to give a shout-out to Jaspreet! She’s always there when I order my quesadilla and she’s always so efficient, fast and kind! I don’t know how she does it , working in such a busy location. Thank you again!! :)

Really good service and they are fast. The restaurant is usually clean and well staffed to handle the rush. Been here a few times and it's always been a good experience. But their online menu is different then in person. That's a little annoying but other then that, this is a good place to grab a bite.
I went there for the first time. The people who served me the white people and the Asian people. They made it absolutely delicious. They put lot of good amount of everything. The burrito was closed properly and tasted JUST AMAZING. I was very very impressed with their service. Even my family ordered different stuff like the bowl, tacos they were absolutely delicious.but recently since my last two visits I had Indians(People from India) made my order. For some reason they never put enough stuffing inside burrito like other white or asian coworkers of there. Since last two time everytime I order something is missing. Last time there was no Avocado in my burrito. before that there was no Cheese in my burrito. I m highly disappointed by their Service. Even the bowl with my family ordered was without corns. (Even though we mentioned to add everything). Also the burrito was having less stuffing compared to my experience of the first time. and they didnt even close it properly. everything just came out of burrito. It was disgusting.What I also noticed the Indian people they just dont care about your order like other White and Asian people.I really hope I get served by good staff next time. Highly disappointed by there last 2 service.Please hire people who actually willing to put effort in their job to provide service.
Ordered mobile pickup - it said in the email “come in your food will be ready at the counter”. There was no signage inside, and I had to grab someone and ask where I pick up mobile. Was told I could stand aside and she’d grab my order. Waited another 10 mins, went to ask again, and saw her go ask someone and grab my food, which had been sitting for a while getting cold… also when I did finally get my food, I had ordered double chicken in a burrito, I had a hard time finding any little pieces to feed my dog, definitely not double chicken... I give it two stars as the other ingredients were flavorful, and portion size (excl chicken) was good. so there’s that much.if you want good Mexican, go to mucho burrito.
Good quantity of food which is rare for a Chipotle location these days. Most places skimp and I never visit those locations but today I got nice portions even during lunch hours. Please do not change, I love Chipotle but stopped going due to the skimpy quantities most locations give. This would be my go to place if the serving sizes are consistent.
