i ordered half and half:- half original and half Bul dak. Bul Dak was on point but ORIGINAL CHICKEN order was bit disappointing.BUL DAK chicken will be HIGHLY recommended for sure.
Terrible TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. The woman I spoke to on the phone when I was ordering take out had such a HUGE ATTITUDE. It was very off putting but I pushed past that because I wanted to order dinner for my family. She said it would be ready in 30 minutes. Went to pick it up and it took over 45 minutes. A HUGE waste of my time. They opened another location on highway 10. I will be spending my money there instead. It’s twice now that I have ordered takeout from this location and have been spoken to in a rude manner. If you don’t feel like being spoken to in a degrading way, stay far away from here.
As a customer ordering from here before several times, there were some mistakes before but I looked over it. But this time I ordered *boneless* half cheese snow and fried. But what I got was a *bone* half fried and half fried. Both the same thing. I even paid for more expensiver price, even if it may be a little. I did takeout so I couldn’t check until I was at home. I also didn’t recieve pickled radish when it was supposed to be free. Horrible management. Didn’t even have a reciept anywhere. Never ordering again.
The sign and price said full order comes with pickled radish and drink and the half order comes with pickled radish. When I brought it up with the cashier, she said it doesn't come with it anymore. What a sham! FALSE ADVERTISING! Will never go back again!
Today we went to Chicko guildford and the atmosphere is welcoming with a great customer service! And the food is sooo good will definitely come back for more! Well worth the money! Keep up the good work guys! Kudos!
Ordered from here often.Ordered original with two sauces on the side from uber.Sauce did not come with the chicken and ended up just eating an original, which was plain.Called in and asked if I could get sauces delivered , however, all they said was that I can come and pick it up or refund them sauces.Ruined the entire experience as sauces were what made this chicken place special.Make sure to not order sauces on the side as they seem very inconsistent and missing orders often then not.
One of the best chicken places in Vancouver . Chicko is Korean Chicken place and its delicious. I have been ordering for a while on skip, now went in staff was great, very clean . The YANGYEOM is the best
Their chicken is great but it's not THAT great to deal with the hassle and frustration of their poor operations.I had placed an order on the phone 1.5 hours ahead of time for pick-up and the restaurant confirmed the later time was not an issue. I came in a couple of minutes before the pickup time and I saw the restaurant was busy (as expected for a Friday night) and the staff was getting slammed with orders so I didn't mind waiting a couple of minutes for my order.Within the time frame of 15 minutes, I checked to see if my order was ready and was told it wasn't ready. I asked the cashier how long it would be and she said she didn't know. She seemed new as she was clearly lost and flustered from the high traffic of orders they were receiving.I waited another 15 minutes before checking in AGAIN how long it would be, only to be told my order was not ready yet... Waiting for an hour to get my order, I witnessed frustrated customers and numerous food courier drivers walk out of the restaurant in frustration that the order they were meant to pick up was not ready (many have been waiting over 10-15 minutes for their orders without status updates).Their restaurant lacked structure on how to handle and go about the mass amount of orders they were receiving (they clearly chose to prioritize food courier orders instead of phone-in orders, but poorly executed handling food courier orders too). There was a lack of communication and accountability to customers as they failed to provide status updates on orders placed for pickup. The poor cashier was handling all the heat from customers as the rest of the staff (and maybe management) carried on without providing assistance or offering to move her to another position.Furthermore, it was interesting to see how they kept on taking more orders over the phone considering how backed up they were on orders already.
Yummy! Ordered the Boneless Snow Cheese Chicken and the Shake Shake Fries. The cheese powder is a delicious blend of cheesy and sweet that goes well with the juicy and crispy chicken. The Shake Shake Fries are a fun, they give you a container of the cheese powder that you dump onto the fries and then you give the bag a good shake to coat. On their own or paired with other sides/chicken flavors, these two are delicious; but it was a lot of cheese altogether.Definitely recommend you stop by. I know I'll be back to sample their other flavors in the future.
