Excellent service even tho we arrived close to closing time. The venue was cozy and comfortably lit. The food came fast and was well presented and delicious. I had the deep fried cauliflower and the dipping sauce was yummy. Got happy hour pricing at $7. If it's the same portion as regular I think the normal price would be a bit steep for what I got. The seared ahi tuna was cooked to perfection and the accompanying salad was just the right size portion and well dressed. Washed it down with a tasty sour beer. In all a very enjoyable meal.
WORST service ever the food was good. But we had to seat ourselves, and they brought out our appetizers with our dinner. Wasn't even our server who brought out our food.With emply drinks and zero quality check from the server, we watched her walk by so many times to help both of the other tables in our section.Then when it was time to pay the bill I has to ask some random employee that walked away and didn't bring the bill. Sat for almost 20 minutes.Browns in usually really good but I'll never be coming back to this location. I would give zero stars if it was an option. Don't come to this location it has BAD SERVICE.I have seen alot of replies to bad reviews for this location. Please don't comment on my review to tell me to email your manage ?
I come here with coworkers for lunch once every few weeks. Food is always great. Service is excellent, though lately they seem understaffed (like every restaurant or pub post easing covid restrictions). They could use another host or server for the lunch rush, but we will keep coming back for sure.
While the quality of food and drink at Browns is generally quite good, my most recent trip was made memorable by the excellent service provided by our server Josh! Our friend was celebrating a graduation, and Josh offered to bring us shots, as well as engaged us in lively conversation all night! The great company of friends was only made brighter with such excellent service! We all look forward to coming back and (hopefully) once again being served by our main man Josh!!! ☺️
Very nice and relaxing place. Great service and good food. My husband and I enjoyed every bite of Smokehouse burger and every sip of IPAOur server Aly was absolutely amazing and helpful. I was very impressed that she asked us about our seating preferences. It is not so common in other restaurants in our neighborhood.
Visited for dinner last night and had a wonderful time. Friendly staff and good service, pretty good food, and they pour a perfect pint of Guinness.
Great work Chris for making our experience soooo good! I have been going to Brown's for many years but my kids, only for the last 5 years. It's now one of their favorites as well. Danica...... I know you're going to rock as a manager at this Brown's location, because you have been amazing for the past 6 years in Langley.
Amazing service and amazing food as always, consistently made food even with thier food truck outside.Always love it
Our first time in this location and it was great. Service, ambience, food and drinks were all within our expectations. We ordered the Smokehouse Burger, Fish and Chips, Chicken Wings, a Bellini and a Corona. They had huge widescreen tvs for my hubby to enjoy his football too. Great Friday date night venue. We will surely be back and it’s also close to home.
The worst service I’ve ever had in my life. Is this how customer service supposed to be ? I don’t have any choice so I have too give one star but if for me this is even below this. I don’t think so I will ever go to any of the browns again. The service is awful. Regret coming here. Food was served in plastic containers It’s better to order food from home rather than coming here
