Ordered take-out and didn’t have a very good experience. When I called the first time the young girl on the phone wouldn’t stop laughing when all I said was “I would like to place a take-out order.” When she was able to stop laughing she said “I’ll transfer you” and instead hung up on me. I called back spoke to her again and she transferred me to a young man. Took me over 10 minutes to order a Pub Burger, with a side of gravy, an extra garlic aioli, and salt and pepper wings. The young man was very nice however wasn’t talking into the phone instead talking with someone else. Finally when my boyfriend went into to pick up the food the lady was very rude to him. When we got our order another 10 minutes later we were charged for 2 gravy’s and only given one garlic aioli. Overall was a lot of work and rude staff for just a burger and wings.
We’ve order the same 2 items for weeks on takeout . Southe west bowl with blackened chicken and Poke bowlVery disappointed to see the size of blackened chicken breasts wSouthwest. Bowl and the cubes of tuna in the poke bowl getting smaller and smaller. Supply issues? Happy to pay more but this is ridiculous.. won’t be tipping on takeout anymore and… well… maybe we should go somewhere else?C’mon guys…
Good and quick service here. Also, it had a unique feel compared to other locations I've been to.

Amazing place serving veggie tofu lettuce wraps with a side sauce... not too sweet not too spicy just about perfect for one's taste buds.
good food, but too noisy for my liking -- if you are fond of hustle & bustle, this place might appeal to you. prices are OK.
I was happily eating my Florida Special when I felt something sharp. It was a piece of bamboo skewer they had cut when slicing the sandwich. I brought it to the attention of the staff who dismissed it. Good thing I didn't swallow it. Went to use the restroom and there was no toilet paper. Got the bill and nothing was taken off. No apologies. I won't be returning.
The manager at this location was absolutely spectacular we came in for nachos and we asked specifically for our sauces to be put on the side and typically they come on the nachos themselves and the kitchen made a mistake but the manager made sure that they remade them and overall it was a great experience good service and we appreciate the efforts putting into our order
Never had bad meal at any of the Browns locations. Without a doubt the best beef dip sandwich with the bacon jam and horseradish sauce! yum!!
Enjoyed a very good plate of fish and chips here tonight. All 3 of us enjoyed our meals. The service was very good. I will definitely return.
