Upon arriving at our selected pick up time, the hostess told us they didn't receive our order. After double checking, they informed us that they simply missed our order that was placed a half hour ago and we'd have to wait longer for our food. While we waited, we noted that the inside dining area and the delivery areas were both empty; they just failed to notice our order. After waiting an additional 10-15 minutes, we received our order and headed to school. Upon our arrival, we noticed that the utensils we order were not in our bag, causing us to eat salad with our bare hands. Furthermore, our bag also didn't have napkins, so we had to use toilet paper to wipe our hands. Would not recommend this place, as a high school cafeteria is better run than this establishment. I would rate this 0 stars if it let me, so don't let the 1 star fool you.
Had lunch Friday, July 29th around 1-2pm, completely flawless dining experience. I don't always love Brown's but I have to tip my cap to the team that day. Well done.
I go pretty regularly for work lunch on Fridays. Definitely good enough to keep going back. Service is the deciding factor as they're always accommodating and on the ball. Food is good, had the spicy crispy chicken sandwich which is always good. Recommend subbing the regular fries for anything else as the regular fries are always under done and soggy, but the Yam fries are always good.
Enjoyed the Florida special, but wasn't too keen on the salad wraps. Fries were yummy, and the dipping sauce was really good. Service was pleasant and prompt.
I came here for lunch with some friends on a weekday and felt service could have been better. They seated us at the high table and the chairs are just awful. You keep sliding off of them and even though the place was only 30% full they decided to seat all the guests together. So the table behind kept elbowing and hitting us with their chairs when they got in and out. Even the servers had trouble walking in and out, so they ended up just passing the food to us from behind and we had to reach over. The food itself was okay, I had the fish and chips but I did feel a bit sick afterwards so not sure what happened there. Overall, just an average experience. Not the best but not terrible either.
We ordered 4 different cuisine Indian, Italian, Mexican, ramen. everything was awesome. How did you do that!!!Great service as well. They opened on holiday and till 12am. Nice
The wings were good but I there on a Tuesday at 2pm (not busy) and ordered wings and cowboy salad I never got the salad and when it was time to leave I never got the bill. Wings good. Service..not good. Me hours later into my day still wondering what a cowboy salad taste like
Only ever been to Crafthouse and decided to try Socialhouse for the first time.Dani was my server and she was great and attentive and very outgoing and gave us a lot of options to choose from. We appreciated her a lot!Desserts were great but drinks were not that great but still okay. Also Socialhouse a lot more options with entrees unlike crafthouse. Will definitely come back when the time is right and hopefully Dani will be our server again!
Was sent in to see how a single person would be treated. Was very disappointed. Left a generous tip with no acknowledgment even after her poor service. Ordered a meal to take home did not recieve it.... Ordered a high end tequila did not recieve it......Woman was nasty
Every time I visit the Browns with my husband, we have the best experience. The atmosphere is energetic, the food is delicious and fresh with lots of variety. The hospitality is always top notch and our servers always find a way to exceed our expectations and connect with us personally. Our server was charming and professional, and made sure we had a fun night. All the staff worked as a team to make sure our visit was perfect. It’s our favorite place to dine out. I’d recommend for sure.
