They were very welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked through the door. The food came quickly and was delicious. Their fries are fresh and their gravy is also quite delectable. I order the Florida sandwich which was quite enjoyable. They even let me sit there after I had finished eating in order to do some work before my next meeting.
Upbeat environment, especially Friday and Saturday evenings. Friendly staff and manager, delicious food. I like the fettuccine alfredo with blackened chicken, crispy cauliflower, nachos, Pub and Hollywood burgers. The crispy chicken burger looks amazing! There is a Beyond Burger vegetarian option too. Oh! And the warm brownie?! YUM! Music is decent, patio is wonderful on a warm afternoon or evening. There are heaters outside in case it gets chilly. Some good deals for social hour and the Caesars (drinks) are delicious! Beer is nice and cold. Plenty of parking available. Great place! 5/5
Awful customer service from the manager but otherwise decent staff. For family dinner, the manager crammed five of us in a booth that could only fit 3-4 people. We asked the staff whether they could accommodate us to a new, appropriate table because the table could barely fit each of our meals but the demands were turned down. The food selection was limited. Steak was too salty, tough to cut and almost rubbery, impossible to chew. The carbonara was good but the portion could be bigger. Overall, I would not be back here with my family. The staff seemed indifferent to us and lacked intuition and courtesy. We were all just sitting there and have made several eye contact with the servers who were talking and standing around and repeatedly ignored us when we asked for the bill.
Met some old friends Saturday Night at Browns Social House Guildford location. It was a central location for our group as we had people coming in from Vancouver, Burnaby, Langley and Mission. There was 8 of us.We sat out on the patio. Saturday night was beautiful. Patio was spacious, clean and seats were super comfy!I forgot to take pictures because it was 3 plus years since we last saw everyone. But the food was great, burgers were good size and we had some appies including the full order of nachos to share with the group. Our waitress provided great service and we stayed longer than planned because of the service and atmosphere. Believe we were there for close to 4 hours.Great times and we'll definitely be back again!
Food was average and pretty expensive for the quantities. We had a number of the happy hour appetizers and everything was just decent. Had the fish n chips, the wait was long and the fries (chips) weren't hot, the fish was tasty though. The staff was nice and friendly and our waitress was great. Overall, just a kind of good/average experience, not sure if I would return.
Waiter was so helpful navigating vegan options! Food was okay. I liked the crispy tortilla strips - apparently the chipotle sauce was vegan
Excelent! The place is big enough to have a great experience with friends, music is at the right volume. We had some coctels ..very nice and the meat yummy .. everything we had was delicious! Great costumer service

I had an amazing meal at Browns this past weekend on New Years Eve! The hosts were very welcoming and well organized and the service was prompt. When the food arrived I was a little sceptical of the look but was pleasantly surprised when the fish I had ordered was cooked to perfection with a crisp bite each and every time it touched my mouth. As for the chips they were up to standard; nothing crazy but we’re certainly good. The dark and fancy mood while I was in there made it really feel like New Years and I would highly suggest this restaurant to others in the future!
