Asst General Mgr Neal & our lovely waitress Cierra made our experience awesome by simply changing the music to Classic Rock thus changing the entire atmosphere of the restaurant! Our pizzas of course were delicious - we will be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I felt highly disrespected walking into this boston pizza. I have come into this establishment multiple times and have received high quality service. Unfortunately, today's staff disrespected my friend and I by not only refusing to seat us at a table of our choice and not contacting us when more tables were free. I had left my phone number with the hostess who lied to our face when we came back an hour later saying she called us. Luckily a server from another boston pizza served us and was very respectful and understanding of our situation. From this point on we were treated very well by this server. She took 25% off of our bill which we refused to accept. We also left this server a very generous tip for her outstanding service. Next time I hope I will be treated better.
I have been a regular for the past year. Food is always fresh and very good. Reasonable pricing, daily specials. Service is superb. I’d always recommend Boston Pizza.
We haven’t been to Boston Pizza for awhile and met a family member for lunch. Although the prices were higher (as expected) the food was fresh and quite large portions. We were all full!We had a couple of salads and the chicken sandwich and everyone enjoyed it!The restaurant was very clean! The staff were all super friendly!
On Sunday, March 27th, my friends and I decided to dine in at this location at 9pm. We walked in and ordered our drinks but didn’t receive them even after 15-20 mins. There were 5 of them just laughing and talking while we were sitting there for that long of a period. I would’ve understood if the restaurant was packed but there were only two other people who had already received their food. After experiencing this disrespect and just awkwardness, we left.
I like Boston Pizza I've always enjoyed their food and drink specials. The spicy perogie pizza is hands down my favourite pizza. The reason I gave them 3 stars is that every time to go, I'm always shocked at the price of the pizza. The pizza is good but I always default to a cheaper options when ordering from home because $40 for one large pizza seems insane. The quality of the pizza is good but not worth the extra money. You can get 2 pizza's plus sides at other pizza places for the cost of one boston pizza.
My friends and I decided to grab dinner at this location tonight. We were asked for our drink order and then proceeded to be ignored for the better part of our stay there. The four employees were too busy talking amongst each other. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all… considering there were two other pairs of people who were already eating. The restaurant was otherwise empty. We never ended up getting our drinks either and since 25 minutes had past we decided to leave. This was extremely upsetting and rude to have to deal. Also unprofessional for such a large establishment. I unfortunately have to leave one star but they deserve ZERO.
My friends and I went to this location to have a good time. When we entered everything was going good but it took them 10 minutes to ask us for our drinks, it then took them 20 minutes for us to never receive them. Meanwhile some of the staff were also making snarky comments. It was very disrespectful and annoying… I wouldn’t even leave one star if it were up to me.
Absolutely amazing that this location supports local schools by participating in PAC fundraisers. We had an amazing dinner. Food was excellent, service was excellent and to know it benefits our school was great! We will definitely be ordering more in the future. Thank you so much!
Great atmosphere with Super Bowl live, almost full house even at 8pm on a Sunday evening. Great pizza and pasta at reasonable prices. Good service. Will definitely go back again.
