What an awful chain of boston pizza. Go to guildford or anywhere else to eat at. Service is slow and the food is terrible.Ordered an hawaiian pizza, spinach dip, long island ice tea, some sparkling drink, calmari, french onion soup.Hawaiian pizza was okay cant get actual good pizza in the canada compared to the states, boston pizza usually is an okay decent place if you are really craving pizza. The spinach dip was awful it was soo creamy with the additions of random cheesed + no spinach in it and the pizza dough made into a handful of chips was pitiful not enough nor cooked long enoughto give it a crunch (its your pizza dough made into chips why are u skimping on dough its flour, yeast and water, with salt and sugar its so cheap). Also guys you can calm down on outting parsley on everything it doesn't look good or add anything you are just throwing money away.The long island ice tea they said they where out and could make it with something else and it was awful. The soda gun is out of wack or something tasted so watered down. Same with the sparkling drink tasted like something was wrong with the gun/dispenser.The calamari was okay best thing I ordered but nothing special.French onion soup was pretty bad no actual depth of flavor and didnt properly prepare it. Probably doesn't have a functional kitchen who will come in and sweat down onions for 6hours to make french onion soup correctly or for any means prep food or make anything correctly.
I was absolutely floored by the quality and pristine cleanliness of the dishes at this restaurant! I've never had such a great experience regarding dishes in my life, every other place should look to this Boston Pizza as a golden standard for how dishes should be cleaned, truly incredible, your dishwasher is truly virtuosic at their craft!
We visited this joint on Saturday around Noon. We were greeted and asked to be seated but nobody showed up thereafter to take our orders. Requested servers passing by to help us out - but that did not work either. Ironically, it was not even busy at that time. Left after 20 minutes.
We just had our dinner at this place. Serving was very poor. They didn’t give serving plates to enjoy our dinner. Just made the food what we ordered and placed on the table. When I asked don’t we get serving plates. Out of 5 people gave 2 serving plates. The pasta which was taken from oven which was so hot underneath have one plate we used that to have another one to eat. Two kids shared the dinner on the same plate where food was given. We adjusted ourselves and had dinner. thereafter we didn’t get the wet towel at least to clean our hands to pay the bill and asked to can We get the bill. We gone to the family wash room to clean our hands and worst part started. The water is dam to dam cold even when turned the hot water only. needed up paying servicing tax even the serving was very poor. This is the first time ever after I moved to Vancouver this kind of treatment was done. I never go to this restaurant again.
Ordered French Onion soup, not the one I know, it's been Bostonized with grated cheese on top of French bread soaked in a super salty broth that I couldn't finish even try to down a Boston sized beer along with it. It was served with a serving spoon rather than a soup spoon and no napkin was offered for the while dining experience. Server did come by to do her round of routine check of " how's your food" but nothing was offered when told of the subpar quality other than a stunned look of don't know what to do. Minimal service which was kinda expected in today's environment but basic service and food quality should still keep up otherwise it'd be way more economical to go to a dollar store to get a soup stock packet and do it yourself at home for a better experience. There are many choices, this is not one I'd recommend or come back to any time soon.
We ate a bit later on Monday evening. I unfortunately didn’t get the hostesses name, but she was very welcoming. Our sever Bella was so amazing. We had our two daughters and she went out of her way to interact with them as well. She really is a wonderful asset to Boston Pizza. Thank you for a great experience.

Came in as a walk-in 12 top and they were so welcoming and accommodating even while they were very busy. We got sat quickly and understood they only had a couple people working at the time so were patient. They ended up calling people in to work and our server Saba was awesome. She constantly checked in and was very apologetic even when there was nothing to apologize about!!! Great service and food/drinks were yummy.
My family and I recently dined in at this location. Our server Donnel (I hope that was his name ) was absolutely amazing. He was attentive and very polite.If all servers could be like that dining out would be so much more enjoyable. Thank you for making our evening a good one .
I have been there to their diner once. Had a decent experience. However since Covid, this place had gone down hill. I have ordered online quite a few times and it was again a decent experience. But lately this place has gone even further downhill.Missing items , over cooked food and specially if you order pasta on pasta Tuesday , they will make sure that you hardly find any chicken or shrimp in it. I recently ordered a burger for my teenage son end up with one burger patty is extremely hard and over cooked. Upon talking to female manger on duty, she offered me a voucher. Then I decided to order again using the voucher. Sure enough they messed up my order again. There was no ‘ Au Jus dip ‘ for my Big Dipper sandwich. So again end up with a sandwich really dry and couldn’t eat. I have no faith in this place whatsoever. If you want over cooked food , missing items etc please order here and waste your money. Boston pizza needs to ask this location to get their act together. If this happened to me twice in a row, I can imagine how many other disappointed clients out there who used this location. I think I had enough and decided to never walk in to this location again even though they offered me another discount Which is practically useless as I am never gonna have a positive experience with them.
