I and my family have had great service at this same location severally in the past, but the rude service and lecture I received about an hour ago (April 21, 2022) from a young lady/staff in white tops leaves nothing to be desired. As a tenured service professional her actions today indicates that they have too many clients to cater for. I hope this improves.

Went in late one night last weekend (4 adults 2 kids). Waiter was nice. Food came out really fast. Waiter seemed new and didn't know a lot about alcoholic beverages. Felt a little rushed at the end as if they wanted us to pay and leave because the receipt came before we asked for it and waiter didn't even ask if we wanted anything else. Place looks cleaner compared to a few years back.
So my boyfriend and I just walked in for a late night snack. We checked the hours of operation before heading over, they are closed at midnight. We walk in at 11:00, stand at the front for 2 minutes waiting for somebody to come to the front. When the hostess comes over she says SHE CANT SEAT US BECAUSE THEY STOP SEATING AT 11:00pm. I looked at my phone screen, it is literally 11:02 on a Monday night. I asked if we could still sit as it’s literally 2 minutes past their WEIRD deadline. As somebody who has worked in hospitality for years, this is absolutely ridiculous. Who doesn’t seat people an hour before they close? You’re just losing money. Won’t ever be back to this location again.PS. Before the owner replies to this giving me the link for feedback. I’ve already sent an email.
Went for pasta Tuesday Jan 4 2022 and it was great. Portions were huge . We had a minor issue with the one dish but our server Cassie handled it with finesse and professionalism. Will definitely be back for the BP nachos and hope to have Cassie again as our server
Ordered wings for pick up for New Years eve. The service from the young lady last night brilliant. Was very polite and friendly. The honey garlic boneless bites were as usual excellent. Happy New Year.
Delicious food! It's always fresh and hot, and tastes amazing.Tried the White Sangria....I could have had a lot more of those it was delicious.Wings are always good, they're plump and juicy, not like some places that have skinny little wings with no meat. These ones are soooo good!Twist bread, not on the menu, but they've kept it available to order, sooooo good.We there there earlier on a weekday evening, so it wasn't busy, the server was excellent and attentive.
I am a loyal supporter of this location. Typically we eat indoors as a family. Unfortunately tonight’s takeout order was below average. I ordered 3 pasta’s (Tuesday special) and a kids meal (pizza with fries). The garlic toast was very soggy, the French fries were cold and soggy. The pasta was okay. I guess I won’t do takeout from this location moving forward.
Good food and good service. Was quiet, at least at first (just after 6pm), because it was a Thursday, but it started to get busier by the time we left an hour later. Large pasta portions, enough to take out for another night at home. Prices were average, about what you would expect to pay for what we received.
