All in all it was a great experience. Nice atmosphere, wonderful staff with positive attitudes. Food was piping hot and tasty, drinks were cold and refreshing.The only problem was the new spinach mushroom lasagna I was looking forward to eating didn't arrive at first. We ate the appetizer first and I wasn't even paying attention to the fact my lasagna was red and not white because of conversing with my date.When I did realize finally and broughtnit to their attention, they recified the problem right away with an apology and even took off one of the drinks for the hassle.

One of our favorite spots for happy hour... love the service and grilled chicken club..but sitting in the front booths you need a winter jacket becausethe AC is turned up too high.

Worst Boston location! Staff is extremely rude and unpleasant. The floor manager in white was extremely rude and argued for no reason. Learn a thing or two from the Metrotown Boston if you want to keep your customers and get better tips. Places like this restaurant creates the demand for Google to allow users to give 0 stars!

Ordered takeout last night & the lasagna barely had any beef mixed into the pasta sauce. I counted a few crumbles but other than that I paid around $15 for essentially plain tomatoe sauce & lasagna noodles. I had to add ingredients from my own fridge to give it some flavor so it wasn't like having bland pasta noodles. Two thumbs down.***UPDATE: Management did not contact me despite submitting my feedback as mentioned in their response to my review***

The servers were weird and they were staring at us whenever they were passing. Did not ask for if we need anything and were walking from our table they were like, for them we are not even there not sure what their thoughts were but, i just want to say please do not do that its very uncomfortable for anyone and hard to enjoy the food. I know sometimes people have bad days even m working too and had bad days many times but I know if m working then i have to be attentive because its noones fault it i had something bad but yeah could be different if they informed earlier i dnt mind listening people i do that the whole time at my work. But I don’t do that unless their behaviour is not disrespectful.

Excellent Service by our young guy server. He helped us with all the questions we had about vegan options. Food came out quick and tasted good.

I enjoyed the meal, staff were accommodating. Just parking was not easy, but it's not they fault. Keep up the friendly atmosphere.

A big thank you to Ashley for the great and accurate service. I did not mention to her that mom's favorite restaurant is BP but unfortunately she should not eat and did not enjoy due to her Chemotherapy treatment. She was happy to see the whole family of 15 enjoy on her behalf. Thanks for your well prepared meal as put by our mother who has always cooked us a home cooked meal but this is definitely the next best thing due to her condition. Lol. And yes she is an excellent cook who was a head chef for 30 years. So again thanks for the excellent service and kindness on the phone. Definitely a superstar.Another note; all containers where well maked and all allergies where noted on the boxed. So yes props to the kitchen staff for noting and listening to directions..And yes all my reviews are not always positive but I base it on honest and accurate serviceOur local BP is surrey/whiterock location but this was very refreshing to recieve this serviceThanks BPBobby

received a melted cake cause they don’t know how to properly package why would you put a hot food on top of it?? paid for a melted chocolate waste of money.

Isis is definitely one of the best servers here, customer service is amazing! Checked back on us at every appropriate moment and was very kind! Will be back to this location for sure!
