It was very unprofessional of the employee. I called 15 minutes before the store closing. And i wanted to order a juice and i was told by the employee “sorry i already washed the machine you can only order a smoothie “ . It was very unprofessional and the reason was really lame.
I visit nordel location on 16th and the old lady took my order, she make me smoothie it was average and recommended me to make combo i got wrap And when i took it home it smells like trash like it was made week ago.. if i could i ll give her 0 star. Awful service.
Staff is so rude, we came at 8 and she refuses to serve by saying we are closing in 30 mins
Just ordered a red sunrise and a chipotle chicken wrap,Not at all satisfied by the taste of products and quality definitely has been compromised. Don’t recommend this location.
The staff works at front are too rude. Worst customer servce experience i ever got.Donot recommend to anyone go somewhere else.
