I love booster juice and have been going ritually for years, but this location is really bad. I’ve been countless times in hopes i will get a an employee who can make the smoothies/juices correctly. I order allot of heavenly horizons and have had way to much ginger to them not putting pineapple in it or having chunks of something in the bottom. Today I had order a matcha monsoon smoothie and only waited about 2 mins then was given a smoothie that was just liquid, like almond milk with some slush at the top. I think the employees need more training. Unfortunately this location is the closest to my home or I would be going to another location.
Update.......since I wrote my first review the service has been great!! The girl that works Saturday mornings now is always friendly and greets you when you come through the door regardless how busy she might be, she makes an effort. The smoothies are always made right and she is always cheerful and smiling...makes for a much more pleasant experience than the last girl gave!!! I have changed my review to 5 stars now ........I come here every Saturday morning for a smoothie. It's always good and ready quickly. Usually the staff are great. I did not have the same experience this morning with the girl working the counter. Not only did she not speak one word no please no thank you no anything she also doesn't smile. She seemed miserable. I felt bad so tipped her nicely cause she clearly hates being at work today lol
Thought it would be a good idea to get a refreshing drink after doing the polar bear swim on New Years Day. Went in with my Christmas gift card and purchased two boosters for my girlfriend and myself.At first I thought it was in my head when the drink tasted off but then I asked my gf she said the same thing. Both of our drinks tasted like a glass of room temperature milk with no taste of fruit at all. By far the worst booster I've had. The texture and taste were so far off.I thought it must have been a machine failure or something so we went back. I put the drinks on the counter and explained what was going on, but the girl working there just told me "ThAtS JuSt hOw iT tAsTeS" and said she could make me another one if I paid again.I went back to my car to grab my gf to come help me explain and when we got back to the counter she had already thrown away our drinks.This experience ruined my New Years day. Would give 0 stars if there was an option.
Tried to like this location and visited twice. First visit in the summer, halfway through my drink I ended up with a foreign body in my mouth (texture of the brillo part of a sponge?); threw that drink out. Second visit most recently - drinks purchased were super watered down and the customer service was nil.

I walked up to the counter and the staff didn’t welcome me or say hello. Just stared at me and I was wondering if I could even order because she didn’t ask me anything. I’m really unimpressed. Normally I would expect a ‘hi! what can I get for you?” but I just got a cold shoulder.
Juice was okay. But the service was cold.

The girls in here are always so nice and hustling! Sometimes they have a line up out the door and one person working (would love to see more support from their management) I appreciate there positive and polite attitudes even when people are being impatient.
