There were two incidents where they made my order wrong ! And instead of owning up to their mistake, she would rather question her customer about their order! Very dissapointing!First incident was an order I made through skip the dishes. They forgot the pearls to one of the drinks i ordered and when I called them about it, the girl who answered the phone said to call the skip the dishes instead. And also said, “you know our pearls are white not brown”. Ive been going to boba boy for the longest time so yes I know what kind of pearls they have ! And I know how to check if my drink was done perfectly as ordered which it wasnt!Second incident was today when my niece ordered a drink with coconut jelly but instead she got it with pearls! So I went back and told them that they made my order wrong but instead of owning up to her mistake .. she said that my niece ordered pearls. I showed ther the sticker on the drink and its the wrong sticker too because it says “half P” . The other guy was nice and said they can add the coconut jelly on top of the drink which i said was okay. But the girl “Jennifer” said “do you want just half of coconut jelly because she wanted half half” . I was like “no” she didnt order half half to begin “she ordered her drink with just “coconut jelly” . And I can tell by her facial expression that she was annoyed and she still feels like she was right and that the customer was wrong ! She was skeptical about my compaint!See the pics posted ! Its clearly a mistake on her part! Coz the number order is wrong meaning she gave our actual order to another customer !

Live nearby and craving for bubble tea so give them a try. Pretty happy with the favor that not sugary, perfect for me that I ordered matcha milk tea and yep, full of matcha favor, I love it because some places when you ordered matcha, you won't even taste it but this place full of favor. Really nice service. Everywhere clean and organized, I like a lot. Their donuts also delicious, we ate all so fast.. hehehe.. First time trying bobaboy nearby my place a few days ago. Bubble tea was not okay at all, I can say it tasted really bad when compared to bubble world or coco fresh tea. The lady and guy working there were very rude. Highly do not recommend it to any people, and I would not go here anymore. Prefer going to bubble world or coco instead.
Thought we woukd try a new place and Boba Boy stuck out to us. We got the mango slush and the honey passion fruit green tea. I am not even kidding when I say these were hands down the best of the best we have ever had. Never going anywhere else!

Bubble tea is good, staff are excessively slow and unprofessional. Rather on the rude side. Need to improve customer services and avoid too many artificial syrups in drinks. Great presentation though ?
We decided to try the bubble tea here since we live nearby. Not bad, the milk teas are less sugary but decent. Busy place but that staff are nice and it's very clean. Will definitely be coming back! :D
Great effing cakes. You can tell a lot of care went into making it. Do not forget to grab some bubble tea or mini donuts as well ?
