I used Uber eats to order for pickup. There was no wait at the door, and my order was ready when I arrived a few minutes early. Both host staff were very friendly and customer oriented. The food was enjoyable, and as always, the garlic fries stole the show. The rocket chicken burger is my favourite meal to order, as it offers a flavourful but not too intense spice. The restaurant lobby was clean and the airconditioning was not overwhelming as I entered. Overall a brief but enjoyable experience.
Went here on "Wok Wednesday". All Asian inspired dishes are $14! I had the ginger beef - it was awesome. My daughter had the chicken fried rice - also loved it. My 2 friends had the chicken chow mein - again, awesome!This place is definitely going to be seeing me again!

This place used to have an excellent variety of really good Asian cuisine… that was like 12 years ago. Tonight, the pork in the sweet and sour was tiny, and almost nonexistent. The chow mein and won ton flavourless. When I phoned in my order they said it would take 35 minutes before it would be ready to pick up. I got there at the time specified and it was at the counter waiting. I don’t live far away and had a hot holding bag I put the food into. But by the time I opened it, it clearly had been sitting for awhile, it wasn’t even warm. $90 wasted. Won’t be going back again anytime soon.
We have been going to the Big Ridge regularly ever since it opened in the original location. It was our favourite place for YEARS. But in the past couple of years it has gone downhill for two main reasons: 1. The beer used to be amazing. It has been mediocre AT BEST for at least the past two years. They need a new head brewer. The Clover Ale used to be a favourite of mine. But it's terribly inconsistent and just tastes BAD now.2. The food. While it's still pretty good, it's not what it was. Quality and consistency have taken a major slide. But worst of all, our family has been priced out of eating there. It's almost $30 out the door for any one of their Asian dishes. For a family of 4 to eat out, have a couple beers and a couple pops, it's WELL over $100 with tax and modest tip.We used drive from White Rock to the BR twice a month on average. Now I don't see us going there again until we hear that things have changed. Refresh the menu. Reconsider your high prices on standard dishes. And PLEASE hire a good brew master!
The food was GREAT. The service however was not. I understand we were there near the end of the night, but holy... Might have to try again during seniors citizen dinner time and maybe catch them with a bit more energy. The wings were unreal ? the pizza was stellar. I'd definitely eat here again. Just not an 1.5 hours before closing.
Great food, fast service, kid friendly, great staff. First time last night for Wok Wednesday and it was delicious and an ample amount for 2 servings. My son who is a very under respected food critic gave 10/10. We will definitely be back.
Twice I’ve been to your pub and twice I was told I had to be out of the pub by 3/3:30 as you were having a private party. You are a brew pub last time I looked not a party rental venue. Is there a new manager by chance? Never used to be like this……
This fine establishment is beyond amazing and I love it my number 1 go to for a great atmosphere and fun time! friendly staff and such a great atmosphere.
Good selection. Food was well presented , hot and of a decent portion. Staff was very friendly and attentive.
