We had a great experience here at Barcelos. The lady at the front seating guests was amazing. Galson treated us so well when we came in, very friendly and personable. She was just a real joy to speak with and really set a great atmosphere for our night out. Food was good and prices were reasonable. Would definitely come back again. If any managers are reading this - Galson deserves a raise!

Went to Cloverdale location. Ordered the food. We went there for dine in. Server asked us for here or to go. We basically went there for dine in. We Said it’s for here. Went there at 9:15 she said oh we are closing at 10 do you still wants to dine in. I asked her does it matter she didn’t say anything and started asking that what do you want to order. Basically she does not want us to sit there because they were about to close in 45 minutes. She was hurrying up. Looking so overwhelmed. Did-not feel welcoming.Food was okay but it’s the service that makes the experience worse. Service was such a disappointment. We always go to this location. But it seems like we are not going back there again.
Consistently great food. I have eaten at Barcellos for many years, but this relatively new location in Cloverdale is my favorite. I do takeout, and the food is always delicious and hot. They have no complaints adjusting your meal to accommodate allergies, which I have many. Never once have they made a mistake with my order and all the changes I require. The staff are friendly (they are always smiling), polite and knowledgeable. They can answer any questions about their product, as it is made on premises, from real ingredients. On the rare occasion they do not know something, they will find the answer. I think the prices are reasonable, I usually order the Supremo Family meal, and find it to be ample, high quality food, and cost effective. They throw in free plates and cutlery, just ask. I would highly recommend the great food and courteous staff at Barcellos Flame Grilled Chicken, Brickyard Station in Cloverdale.
we finally decided to try this place, and our only regret is that we did not try it sooner. first bite had my eyes rolling to the back of my head, it was so good. words really can't describe it. we don't eat out often, but this is our new favorite place. none of the other restaurants in the area, can compare. 2 thumbs up, 10/5, best of the best. I highly recommend this place. we could tell the food was made fresh to order with high quality ingredients. the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially with this being our first visit. bonus is, it's walking distance to our home. we will be back next month for sure!
I just finished eating the chicken I picked up 15 minutes before closing today. As always, amazing food and extra ordinary customer service. My phone is my car's key and it died on me. Not only was I offered to take the food and pay tomorrow, but I was also given a charger to charge my phone a bit, so I could unlock the car and drive back home. Thank you so very much for being 'human'. See you guys again tomorrow.
We were there early Jan 2022, ordered take out for 6. Great taste, great value. All food was fresh and portions were perfect for us.Cheers

We had ordered here a few times and there is always an issue. Last time I found some sort of nail looking peice in my sandwich....gross.
