Did you know Assinis does catering?! We used them for teacher appreciation day and the delivery was flawless and the food equally delicious! The teachers actually had enough for two lunches in a row.I would suggest them any time to cater your event!( as well as I ALWAYS keep a bottle of their Greek dressing in my fridge as it’s the best dressing ever!)
I’m a long time Surrey resident so I’m a little ashamed that I’d never tried this restaurant before. I went here with my wife for an anniversary and we had a wonderful experience.The atmosphere was very cozy and European. The food was fantastic and the portions were huge. And the service from Vick and his staff was phenomenal. Best lamb I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to go again and couldn’t recommend it more.
We celebrated my wife’s birthday dinner last weekend. Finally after 2 years of lock down. Had over 17 people for dinner. We ordered take out. The food was absolutely great! Everyone commented on how great the food was. My sisters who never takes food home took the chicken souvlaki home. Same with my brothers took home pizzas. After everyone left there was no more food which we usually have lots of food left over from the other restaurant. We also loved their very own House Greek salad dressing. We ordered a Greek Pizza tonight. When I arrived to pick it up I was greeted by the very friendly and welcoming owner who chatted with me, wanting to know how I was doing and how my day was....very impressive. I was even more impressed when I got home - the pizza was amazing. It was loaded with all the ingredients, beautiful tomatoes, fresh vegetables - we devoured it! The only downside to our order is that there aren't any leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Highly recommend this place!
I moved to this neighbourhood 5 years ago, found them through the Google. My humble opinion , very authentic Greek food and great and friendly customer service. My son also complimented the food. Great job, you will see me agian ??
Have loved every meal I have got from Assinis so much that I've ordered it multiple times in 1 week. The tortellini and alfredo sauce is delicious tasty chicken, tzatziki good size portions reasonable price friendly staff and delivery driver. Their appetizer called Paul's favorite appy is great it's just meatballs in sauce with baked cheese. but their meat sauce has a very different spice blend than I'm used to and it's very good . Chop up those metal balls mix it all up and put it on the garlic toast for a real treat!. Will order again been impressed with every single order!
Amazing staff and great food. Love this restaurant, we had our Christmas catering done through them. All our guests loved it.Feel so good to support our local business especially now days. Go enjoy lovely Greek food , you won’t be disappointed.
Delicious, satisfying food and great portions. The restaurant has very friendly staff. I believe it was the owner that greeted and chatted with me when I came in— he was so kind! Definitely will be returning.
We ordered the Calamari dinner and the Chicken Souvlaki. Big portions, great service, fresh oil on the Calamari. The only issue was the potatoes were slighty undercooked and the Chicken a little overcooked. A little dry. We`ll be back again though.
Can not find a better pizza in town! we usually pick up our pizzas. And well worth the drive. tonight we dined in on AMAZING Greek style ribs. The service and food is incredible. We had a lovely dinner and a beautiful dessert, looking forward to our next visit. Absolutely delicious and welcoming establishment. Such a Rare find ❤️ Highly recommend Assini’s!!!
