the service was so friendly and the food was perfect. me and my friends ordered a variety of rolls that were so fresh and some tasty cold noodles! the food came out so quickly as well. 1000/10 would recommend! will be back soon :)
New location: Akasaka was our favourite when it was at the old location. Private rooms and specialty rolls were amazing to have. The new place has a much smaller menu. They no longer offer the Queen's roll, which was my absolute favourite. It looks much more like a regular generic type of restaurant and lost it's character and charm of the old location. No longer will be my go-to fave Japanese place, since it's just like any other Japanese location around.
We live close by and have been ordering from here at least once a week since they open. Very friendly and fast service. There are 3 other sushi restaurants in walking distance and this one is by far our favorite
Very good!! They nail both japanese and korean food under the same roof. Loved their Dogani Tang!
Congratulations !!New open !New Renovated !Akasaka Japanese & Korean Restaurant. After the 2022 Open golf game of Yonsei Senior atSurrey Golf Course,16 people visited...We enjoyed both Korean and Japanese cuisine.Very good serving & good price.
One of the best sushi places in Surrey. The sushi is really good and fresh. Our family love their spicy chirashi don.The restaurant is newly renovated and the owners added a variety of Korean food as well. The staff is friendly as well. Definitely recommend the place.
Welcome to Fleetwood, Akasaka! Today was their first day open, and the service was fast and courteous. The layout has changed somewhat from the previous restaurant here, and the ambiance feels better than before. Their prices are good, and the food is delicious. I do with that there was rice included in the bento. Will be back for more!
We came here without any booking on a busy rainy Saturday night but the courteous staff still attended to us and had us seated. The location is unpretentious and not brightly lit, but don't be fooled because it serves fresh sushi and delicious Japanese dishes. Aaide from the regular table setting, if you fancy private booth, the resto also has them. The pricing is also very reasonable.
I used love this place, the old owners were so friendly. Used to have great service and amazing food. But my last 2 visits with the new management has been terrible. The prices have gone up, portions are smaller and the quality has gone down. The ebi mayo is not shrimp but prawn tempura drenched in sauce. The salmon sashimi we order had a piece of bone in it, so gross. The veggie tempura we ordered was not crispy at all. The rolls were messy, they were literally falling apart. We also decided to try a new item on the menu, Cheesy Chicken Kaarage, it was disgusting. Bland and pale in color, kaarage with melted American cheddar on top was horrible. Everything lacked, avoid this place if you are craving authentic Japanese food
Terrible from the entrance !!! I and my wife went in but no one welcomed for about 5 minutes. The restaurant had a few customers inside. So I asked if I go in. Then one lady approached and yelled on me to move out to the entrance door and wait until they say ok. What the insulting manner. So we left the restaurant right away. I was almost 20 years regular customer there but not any more. The owner should properly train the employees. Please do not have unpleasant experience by going there. Thanks
