You can tell the staff simply don’t care. 4:45 in the afternoon and the place is empty. All tables are dirty, trays piled up on counter, garbage can overflowing outside with crows everywhere, floors filthy and the 3 staff are standing around behind counter talking and on their cell phones. As a restaurateur myself it’s shocking their is no leadership in this place.
This was an exceptional experience. The worker (possibly owner?) At the front went above and beyond. Was kind and courteous to the kitchen staff and customers alike. Looked everyone in the eyes and called everyone by name. His pleasant demeanor stood out enough that everyone noticed (and i felt I should write a review!)Also, the food was delicious.
Cashier was a bit weird on responses and gave me a take out cup for root beer when we were dining in. Usually comes in the ice cup so had to ask for it to be swapped. Oh well lolThe pancakes were good and the owner I'm guessing that was cooking in the kitchen made the eggs perfectly over easy. Food was great and we enjoyed a great breakfast. We shall be back!

Good service except manager was burping at the cash register. Disappointed no more Prime rib burger, was so good! Please have as a regular menu item!!But love my standby teen burger, onion rings& root beer ( gotta be in the cold mug!).
Nothing like a frozen mug of A&W root beer with lunch! My 1st time here. The single patty burger is plenty for most people. I got a double and couldn't finish it. Onion rings were perfect and even BETTER dipped in BBQ sauce. Staff was great and very patient with us. Can't ask for better!
Order a chicken strip combo with sprite. Received no fries, oh you didn't order fries so you could order them now if you want......... why would I order food, a drink and a side all separate when I could get the combo, which is cheaper....... which is what I ordered. No argue instead. Didn't even get the right dips
Very long wait for food around 7pm.Only 1 person at till and 1 cooking. Owners/Managers needs to hire more people or schedule properly. The poor girl taking orders was working really hard. Help your employees instead of setting them up for failure having to deal with disgruntled hungry customers.
Great place for quick snack good tasty chubby chicken burger. Great staff polite customer service. Will keep visiting again n again
Bought their Chicken buddy burger? and it was really good in taste and preparation. Store was well maintained & staff was friendly. There were 4-5 other customers who were waiting for their order so service was little slow and I also used their restroom which was not properly clean ? so deducting 1 star for slow service and cleanliness. Everything else was commendable. ?
