Ordered poutine through the drive thru but when I got home, I saw that I was served fries with a mountain of onions, mayo, and ketchup on top...absolutely disgusting. When I went back, I got no real explanation for what happened, which was even more alarming. They had no idea where it came from (apparently), but I'm guessing this was a prank, or their typical employee didn't understand the definition of poutine and took a guess lol. On top of that, it seemed like the girl processed a refund, but clearly it wasn't put through. The woman who answered the phone tried to convince me that debit refunds can take several days. I didn't bother arguing with her, as it was clear that customer experience doesn't matter to them one bit. It's a small amount but it's the principle of the whole thing. I had just worked a late shift and finally had a chance to eat, not only did they ruin my appetite, they did nothing to compensate for the mistake and my time, and worst of all, LIED about it. Never going back!
Fresh delicious burgers every time. I've always had a great experience at this location.Today we decided to eat inside instead of getting take out. Kathleen was so kind, and Gave us above and beyond service . We were so surprised at how well we were treated that I had to come share our wonderful experience! Not only did she come up to us during our meal to ask how our food was, after we finished eating she came around to offer us wet naps and a lollipop!You NEVER get this kind of service at fast food resteraunts. We were blown away !
The only good thing about our visit was the friendly person on the speaker. Our breakfast sandwiches were cold and the English muffin did not taste fresh. We waited 10 minutes for “fresh” eggs but they didn’t taste like they were just made.
Walked in to 0 Clean Tables in The restaurant. As we ordered we had to ask for the Male Cashier to clean a table for us. After Waiting 5 minutes he finally washes the table, leaving it soaking wet. We had to ask for napkins to dry the table. After we sat down. A woman across from us had to to go out of her way to grab cleaner from behind the counter to clean her own table as the cashier looked on. We noticed our fries and onion rings were ice cold, had to wait another 5 minutes for that. Burgers were ok. Lettuce in burger was wilting. No garbage cans available for customers. The staff were horrendously slow. Will only come back as this is the only A&W nearby, please fix your act.
The worst a&w I've been too. Ordered a mozzarella burger combo... was completely ignored after pulling the window to pay for 10 minutes.. .not the buyer and and the onion rings were cold... not a huge deal but put a coffee lid on my root beer....all and all the worst 20$ fast food burger and rings I've ever had. Won't be back and will be calling the store in the morning
I relied on mobile bandit for coupons. I came to this location because I had a coupon only to find out they stopped accepting them. I had an active coupon. It's what brought me to a&wWalked to KFC instead
Great food, impressive customer service! The root beer was incredible. They iced their glasses to perfection!!!
Ordered in the drive-thru, should not have made the mistake of assuming they'll charge me for a bag and put my order in one. My order was brought out on a tray, no bag. After asking if they could put my food in a bag, they came back with a debit machine for the bag fee and my order slammed into one bag. If you want to spend $40+ on food here just to reassemble it all at home, this is the location for you. Never had to pay for a paper bag before plastic was banned. Shouldn't be allowed to do it now.
Great all Canadian Breakfast for under $10 with substitutions.Staffer Quand was out of this world efficient and funny.Whoopsie! My comments related to the Vancouver Airport A&W.The frosted mug orange juice I had in Surrey was as good as orange juice gets! The rest of my family scarfed down their hot food quickly. It filled the bill!
