Prices are relatively cheap and being open 24hrs are pretty good, positives for the location. However, sometimes when I order food and want to "dine-in", I keep getting put under for "take-out" and get charged for extra despite telling staff there I don't want my order to be under "take-out". Especially the woman with a gold necklace. Starting to be hesitant about ordering there again and would rather eat at other places at this point.

Super convenient. The place is right by skytrain and open 24 hours. Really great place to get a late night snack. Also the area is more safe to visit at night for eating than Surrey Central
Pretty good but they frequently forget something when preparing your order. Like if you ask to add onion to your burger, they forget to add onions, or you get chicken strips and dipping sauce, they forget to include the sauce, etc.
Very tasty food, best french fries from fast food in Canada so far. Very nice staff, possible to order online, which is great. Sometimes they forget to add smth, like extra vegetables, but it's rare thing.The inside smells a bit oily and heavy. I don't recommend dining in. It's clean, but pretty old, so if you have any options, better take out.
I ordered a breakfast sandwich only, no coffee or hash browns. Approximately $6 for the sandwich only which I felt was a little high but it was surprisingly good. The sausage patty was a bit larger and the egg was done well and there was taste to the sandwich. Read that as there was spices and salt. It also dripped moisture, not grease. The service was a little less than enthusiastic and I will leave it at that hence the 3 star rating.
I feel like the people who work here are overwhelmed. There are many people that come and make a mess and they have a lot to deal with. We came here after skating and many vulnerable/homeless people came and just left a mess. They deal with a lot of verbal abuse. They dealt with it gracefully. I felt bad just asking for a table to be cleaned so my daughter and I could have a clean spot to eat at. It is beside king George skytrain so they must get a mix of people good and bad thay come through there. Food was good and fresh though. It was just a bit messy.
Fantastic for takeout late at night as it conveniently located at King George Station. Best thing is it’s mostly open 24/7! Great for Surrey Centre area.
My wife ordered a kids meal and a chicken burger. She got something that looked like an $8 burger...not appealing. Then instead of a kids meal she was given only 2 pieces of chicken nuggets. When she complained the lady said that's what you wanted and that she is new. What is going on A&W with your overpriced burgers yet garbage service? Forgetting to train staff? Look at Popeyes for better service.
