The food. Was made fresh and delicious! The restaurant was a bit dirty, including the washroom. The service was so-so; efficient but not very friendly. I wanted to use a coupon but the manager said they don’t accept them anymore.
The worst! I ordered a burger and a chicken burger. Both buns looked like they were stepped on. Both sandwiches were cold. It's not cheap, it would be nice to get something that looks a little like the pictures!
What can I say it's A&W! Food is probably greatest quality of all the chains in the area, however if you are looking for speed give the place a miss....been here 3 times and each time it's taken at least ten minutes from ordering to get to the collection window, then another 5 minutes for the order to be fulfilled. Servers were really friendly and super courteous and polite......just really slow service (seem only to be one server each time I've been at lunchtime which seems really bad planning...end up with one person taking orders from drive in, handing food to customers at drive in and taking orders and handing food to customers in restaurant....give that woman a raise I say!)
Awesome experience. I went in the drive thru there was a long line up. But I didn’t mind waiting because the girl treated me very politely. I talked to her at the window also. Her name was Ishneet written on her batch. And the food quality was also very good! Loved it.
This is their so-called "wrap". They can't even wrap it properly. Both wraps were like this and I had to wrap it myself. They said this is how it's supposed to be wrapped, as "shown" in the pic. It does not show like that in the pictures.
** ZERO STARS ** DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS HORRIBLE PLACE !! Went in to get a burger to watch them take all these peoples orders and money inside but not serve any insides customers and processed to only serve the drive thru and skip the dishes driver , a woman before me waited over 20 minutes to still not get served as I requested a refund and left , needless to say I Will Never Go Back !!

I ordered through the A&W app. When I showed up, staff told me they had not received the order and asked to see my receipt. She confirmed the store, time, and saw the order was made and paid for. She then repeated they had not received it and asked me to order again. I said I did not want to pay twice. They had no one to call to confirm the order, no manager on call for staff to ask what to do. I asked for a complaint form and she refused to give me one. She said to call her manager the next day. I am still waiting to get reimbursed. I consider this theft!
Enjoy the root beer glass only - no plastic cup! Onion rings are the best of anywhere! Teen burger my fav!
Enjoyed a delicious chicken spicy habenero burger. Plus 3 chicken strips and fries combo. Really nice juicy chicken. Both combos were served fresh and warm.
