I got on the bus at steveston overpass and #3 road, suppose to be goung to scott road station after work , fell asleep on the 601 bus and woke up in twassen by the US border not knowing where the hell I was?!! Thankyou we have some of the best Transit bus employees in the world, because after we had a good laugh about me ending up right next to the US BORDER, THE NICE LADY TOOK ME BACK TO THE LADNER EXCHANGE SO I CKULD FIND MY WAY HOME!!!!!

Best burgers and fries i have had in a very long time. Every thing was hot and fresh.
Messed up my order a few times so i figured i would give it one more try and it wasnt right.. great food but disorganized
Worst chicken burger I've ever had at an a&w.. :( asked for extra lettuce and Mayo, only got extra Mayo and the chicken patty tasted stale or overcooked or something. Hard n chewy. Spat out a bite n threw away half of it. Gross!
I'm impressed with the quality if service at this location. It's refreshing to see a costumer service quality that just doesn't seem to exist anymore. Excellent location.
Horrible customer service here I don’t know how many times I have given this location a chance before leaving this kind of review I must have had 5-6 issues here with attitude from the female staff over and over and wrong orders adding cheese and charging for it when it was said not to add it refusing to switch coupons from a regular patty to veggie which I haven’t had issue at other locations refusing coupons that are expired which happens but then if I go to another location they will accept it on the same day.It’s just bad practice and bad customer service I drive by this location on my way home almost everyday and like a&w as it’s a bit better than the other fast food joints but I will definitely drive out of my way next time I want some a&w and avoid this place at all costs I will never spend a dime there again enough is enough
Terrible customer service at drive-thru. Agent was speaking very low that we had to tell her to speak up because we couldn’t hear her and she sounded like she didn’t want to take our order. Got our order wrong even though we ordered very clearly and repeated our order.
The drive thru is not the best set up, but the order was made correctly and was hot. The apple pie wasn't very good but thats a preference, not a staff issue.
Went here on Jan.8 late night snack @ 3am the girl working at the window was very sweet and attentive towards our order as I am very picky but she helped accommodate me as best as she could so I don't know her name but you have the date and time please give her a thank you from us.
