Best location in the lower mainland. Service is always outstanding and the place is always spotless. Food is always fresh too. Unlike some of the more run down locations in the city this one is the best.
Very slow ? drive through service. The wait was so long just to reach ordering point and from there it was additional 15min. With food being so expensive, the service needs to be better. You have such great TV adds.... wish it was same experience for me.
Not much to say here. Same boring experience. Always outstanding service(award winning) and excellent A&W food. Clean as always, this time I was gifted an apple pie due to the lengthy wait for my meal to be brought TO ME! Honestly I didn't even notice that I had waited, but they did. This is A1 service for any restraunt but outstanding for a fast food experience.
Worse place to go always getting my order wrong and wen u call them up they have the nerve to talk rude to you. All these fast food restaurants are being filled with immigrants from countries where hygiene and personal hygiene isn't a concern nor is customers as they act like customers are just normal people. Sorry people without customers fast food is nothing ao pull up ur socks.
Gave the drive through person a surplus of change and they insisted i had short changed them i ended up paying extra just to get my food. I dont usually write reviews and I think this girl was in training but still. Not cool bud.
This was best A&W experience I ever had. Friendly and professional staff. The way Banjinder took my order was very professional. I thought I am in high end restaurant. And Faaduma served food with kindness and care.The pace and bathroom are very clean.
Absolutely 5 STARS!! Always fresh food and always friendly staff.I often come to this a&w cuz it is close to my house. The service is really amazing.

Always fresh and delicious! Their staff also friendly. Sad thing is, they don't give candy as treat now. Also, tables are full of garbages, according to the notices, asked customers to leave their garbages on the tables, and staff busy serving customer at the front, and slow cleaning up the tables. So, it's a little bit disgusted when you entered the restaurant. Hopefully the restaurant may maintain their cleaniness and standard as before.This A&W brand still my favourite place for A&W burgers and Root Beers. So, I recommend this location.
