Very bad experience at this location. They refused to let us use the coupon at the beginning. After we showed the proof to them, they let us use the coupon but then take the order wrong. We tried to explain to them but they act if we are asking too much. I don’t recommend this location to anyone.
Love fried pickles so when I saw the add for the Best Burger Ever I had to try it. Ordered 4 burgers on their own. Had to wait in a parking space for them. Got them home 1 of the burgers only had 1 mushy grey fried pickle and the other 3 had only 2 each. Obviously old and mushy. Takes a long time for fried pickles to lose crunch and not sure why they were grey. Wasn't given a reciept so no way to contact head office. I doubt this is the quality they expect from their promotional item. Pretty gross. Lost my business.
New staff training. Trainer embarrassed the new staff in front of me. Kept asking over and over "why are you so quiet". I would have quit.
Staff is the best I have ever experienced at ANY fast food establishment. Restaurant is very clean and neat looking. Maybe the food seems to taste better because of these facts. A great place for a fast meal. ❤️
Vary fast service even walking in vary happy and like how the lady taking orders repeats your order to make sure she has it correct and can't express just how fast service is at this location they got a good team
They Gave me really old sitting food. Ordered a teen burger and before I even paid they had the burger ready, when I got it, it was cold, the buns were hard and this was not a fresh burger.

Staff is friendly and very cheerful. When I pull up to drive thru speaker they can tell my order from my hello . Amazing work these people are doing . I come back here for service .
The staff are friendly, no doubt about it, and I’ve never had an issue with the food, but I think it’s inappropriate how they operate their drive thru. They only allow one person to order at a time, so the actual drive thru area never fills up. Because of this, cars are spilling into the road of the plaza and other drivers need to navigate around them. It creates huge lines and blind spots for other drivers. This is dangerous and irresponsible conduct just to keep your drive thru times low. This business needs to start taking orders as they come and allowing people to wait within the drive thru lane.
I ordered a Beyond Meat burger. Was told it would be 5 minutes. No problem as I thought they were making a fresh patty. It came out less than a minute later. It was ice cold, guess they decided to just serve me the old patty instead.Unfortunately I had already left and was unable to return it. Into the garbage it went. Disappointing.
