I went with my family a few weeks ago to this place, I spent almost $70 there and when I ask for some disposable cups of water they were charging 15 cents for each cup. It's really sad to witness a very low customer care, unbelievable. I personally don't want to go back there.
I have had the worst customer service experience ever from this store. I visited store on July 08/2022 around noon and requested to order fresh cooked beyond meat, Cashier punched order right and advised that they are not cooking anything fresh upon my request and told me if you want to order fresh go somewhere else. I don't understand how come they can hire this kind of arrogant people especially at the cash. Her behavior made me feel like that I am there to get some free food. There was no name tag for her so that I couldn't mention her name here. Please please train your staff to behave gently to other human beings.
My first time there and I didn't have a good experience. The cashier lady was very rude, she made a mistake in my order and then she said she can't fix it. The company should improve the customer service.
My wife and I have been coming to this location for quite a few years now every Sunday morning, and just wanted to say that the young gentleman that works the counter is exceptional he goes above and beyond what is expected of a fast food breakfast. He even is starting to memorize our coffee order. Just wanted to say that he is a good asset to your business on a Sunday morning get us off to a good start. ??
Go to subway for breakfast is cheaper and better quality.Try to redeem coupon from the website with the combo to get a free buddy burger but it failed. It is much more expensive but it is same as McDonald. Never go back there again.

I asked for iced tea and she gave me coke, when I talked to her about that she was literally shouting at me in front of 4 to 5 other customers. I was with my 3 year old daughter. The burger (Papa burger)came fast,but was really greasy. The large fries were ok as the large rootbeer was. Service was great
I gave a plus to a young to a specific young Philipino girl who has some measure of evident discerning in service. Working in construction I have limited time. She know what I want when I come daily. She is wise in that she ask question for any changes in my order

Today I was there around 2:45p.m. I orderbeyond meat burger after taking 2 bites Irealized there are no onions in my burger. I wentback quickly as I was sitting in the food court.The girl listened to me properly and then askedif she could see the burger then I showed herthat there are no onions in burger. She told meto give burger back to her so she could addonions in that. As a reminder I told her againthat I already took 2 bites of burger but she saidthat's fine she can add onions to it now if I giveit back to her. I got really angry at that momentand then offered me onions on the side. Butnever said a 'SORRY' to me.
