Great host! The restaurant closes at 9:30 but we showed up at 9:26 so we told the host we can just order to go but he said the kitchen is still open to take orders and asked us to please come in. We ordered and they did not disappoint! I had a spicy beef noodle soup which had my head shining! The staff was very friendly and I would highly reccomend this place!
Hands down one of the best tasting beef noodles soups I've tried. Let's break it down. Broth, amazing 10/10 rich, has depth and savory, all the tastes you want without being overly spiced. Noodle texture, also great. I usually go for the thin noodles but can confirm I went with friends who chose ramen noodle and thick noodles, also great. Bouncy and has a great chew. Meat quality is there and present. The steak is super duper tender and has a peppery taste so it is distinguished on its own. Appetizers, popcorn chicken, fried squid tentacles, and pork intestines, all so so so good. I can't recommend this place more. I am amazed that both times I came it's been consistently good. Just a bit of a wait here during peak hours. They don't take reservations and it is a smaller restaurant with limited tables. Parking in the back but same situation, limited spots.
I was expecting to be in and out quickly but the place was busy. A good sign. Well worth the wait. The noodles were delicious and soaked up the yummy broth. Definitely recommend!

I had the beef tripe noodle soup and found it to be quite good, comparable to other beef noodle places. I had a taste of someone’s beef steak noodle soup and the meat was so amazingly tender. I’d definitely recommend it! The prices are reasonable for the hearty bowl of noodles we ordered.
Taiwanese style beef noodle. The noodle was quite tender and tasty at the beginning. However, The more I ate, the more I feel it is too salty and sugary, not sure it was because of the flavour or the soup was too thick …I had to drink lots of water after the meal. Service was good.
New restaurant. Very popular. Very tasty. Prices are typical Vancouver dining out prices, meaning expect to spend a small fortune to feel full. Thanks to government's reckless fiscal and monetary policies, inflation of 40-100% in dining out is common and the new normal.
Went to Uno Beef Noodle again. Came right on time at 12 but still a lineup. Good thing we were able to get in and got the delocious dishes. Cold noodle was amazing.
This was our first visit and definitely won't be our last. Their customer service was amazing and the waitress was super friendly. She found out it was our first visit and made recommendations before we even asked.We ordered the steak noodle and spicy fried chicken rice. Both were so good and special. The fried chicken has a sour dressing on it that helps cut the grease from the chicken being deep fried. And the steak was super flavorful. I will recommend this place to all my friends!
One of the better beef noodle soup places in Vancouver. I got the spicy beef noodle and it was just the right level of spice for me and blends with the soup really well. You also get to choose between 5 types of noodle which other beef noodle places typically don't let you do. Portions are just right as well.
