Would return for the spicy soup and the dumpling they were so good. The spicy soup was more fragrant than actual heat which I really liked and the noodles tasted very fresh had a nice bouncy texture to it. Also the lamb in the soup was so soft and tender. The dumplings had the perfect amount of liquid inside as well. The ambiance was nice too, very clean and wide open. Just make sure to use the doorbell to call the server as it is hard to flag them down.
Went there with a group of 10 people, celebrating a work event. Huge menu to choose from and many unique animal parts you would normally would not see often, but since I am vegetarian I didn't try them. Delicious tofu anyone? The service was excellent and they can provide for recommendations. Good for groups and there are private rooms also. The food comes cooked to your table.
I was skeptical about the reviews being higher than what they deserve, turns out I was right. The vibe was great, service was ok for Chinese standard, but the food is only average at best. I have tried other Northern Chinese BBQ before, and unfortunately those were better than Tasty.If you are looking for the experience, sure, it is a good place for that, but if you are looking for good food, you may be disappointed. They use way too much seasoning to make up the lack of time in the BBQ, I wouldn’t be surprised if they precooked the meat before they put on the BBQ for a very short period of time. I had my experience, and I won’t go back there for overpriced mediocre food.
The vita vodka drink honestly is over rated and I personally find it too sweet. The way its mixed, it’s not well mixed - you end up with all the vodka when you get to the end of the drink.The food is very tasty - the beef skewer was so tasty and tender and I find it slightly better quality than happy tree house or similar restaurants. The restaurant is also very spacious and I enjoy the vibe. It is definitely a drinking and chillaxing place!Reservation is highly recommended and so far all the food were yummy. I will definitely be back to this place!
I love this place. Parking can be tricky since the lot is shared with other businesses and gets full. There's front and rear parking. Reservations are recommended on weekends. It's always busy whenever I come. The Vita cocktail drinks are fun, but definitely needs to be mixed otherwise all the alcohol is at the top and you don't taste it until you're done the juice lol. Food is pretty good, but it's more for the fun vibes for me and it's open decently late.
Expensive. Well, I guess all skewers places are expensive but this place you get a lot less and the prices for other things like pork bone is ridiculous. 6 bucks for literally a bone with almost no meat on it. The parking also sucks as that plaza is busy and you need to park across in Richmond centre. The only good deal is the beer.

Cool place to get skewers and beer with bunch of friends. It gets loud there so probably not for romantic dates etc. The skewers were all precooked and they bring it to the little flat top stove on your table to keep warm while you chat with friends. Good selection of drinks. The Marinated cucumber was garlicky and crunchy.
