Food was good. I found the service needs to be more on point. We asked for water when we sat down but I had to ask again after the food came because the server didn't bring it. It took a long time for a server come to check if we were finished eating.

My family and I came in for dinner on Friday to celebrate my moms birthday. The experience was extremely poor. Our server didn’t bring out the right meal for one person in our party and when we brought this to our servers attention she rolled her eyes at us. She never came by to do a quality check and never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks etc. Worst service I’ve ever received.

I went for a meeting and they sat us in a quiet booth. We had the Classic Benedict and lots of coffee! Thank goodness we were at the tail end of our meeting when a huge group of kids and adults arrived and sat at our area!

This is second time I come to this place. Both times it was far from being full. The first time it took a good 10 minutes before a server took our order. Now I was sitting there for 15 minutes and no one came even to say a word. I left without even the sign of a server. Not coming back.

Went there for a weekend dinner in a group of 10. The restaurant was able to accommodate us even with a very short notice (about 15 mins) on a busy night. The staff was courteous and the food was amazing.

January 2, 2022.Called in a takeout order at 7:24 was on the phone for about 6 mins as the person taking my order kept putting me on hold. Ended the call at 7:30 and was told food should be ready in 20 mins I ordered 7 things, spot 4 pack, fettuccini, club sandwich, and bacon cheddar burger. When I got to the restaurant at 7:50 I was told they were just packing my order, well that turned into a few minutes which turned into another 20 mins of waiting in the restaurant for a total of 40 mins. When I finally got my order none of it was even taped down the top of the bags were just open, if you know the order is to big for the top of the bags to fold down and put a spot checked sticker on why not just add another bag ?From the restaurant to my house is about a 5 min drive, when I got home and opened up my order and started giving it to my family members we noticed our food was cold when we touched it. Our food that was in the plastic tupperware was also dry and looked like it was under the heat lamp for too long as the edges of the plastic containers were slightly melted. The four burgers within our legendary spot pack were all missing cheese (which is an up charge) and one of the burgers had topping on it that weren't asked for. For all 5 of our burgers and our one club sandwich we never received any coleslaw. When I phoned the manager about this issue he seemed so nonchalant about our order and never even apologized either for our orders issues.Would not recommend for anyone looking to make a takeout order.

The food and service were both bad at this location. Our family went on Dec 17th for dinner, when the first snow hits. A lot of basic items were out that night. The food was dry, burnt, and just warm. Won't return to this location for sure. This is supposed to be a classic family restaurant but this location won't hold up the reputation.

This location is not clean. Our party was seated at a table with food and garbage on the floor along with dirty bench so we asked them to clean the booth and the server just looked at me asking which I wanted to clean. They think it was ok to seat guests with dirty floors

We came here for breakfast on a Sunday morning at 9:30am. There were only two tables occupied with guests and the host took us to a table where the sun is shining directly at my eyes. She then “shifted” the table to the left but the sun followed. Obviously she had no common sense. There were at least 30 empty tables. There was a kid’s menu, but only big forks. My 6 year old daughter just lost a tooth, and the adult fork was too big for her to eat properly. I asked the waitress for a dessert fork, she says “we don’t have those.”?‍♀️?‍♀️When she approached the table with our food, one packet of strawberry jam dropped on the floor. She picked it up from the floor and just PUT IT right on our desk. Probably that’s what they do behind the scene as well, but doing so in front of customer is evidence that this restaurant has no regulations to serving customer properly. The only thing was the food was good so I left 1 star on. The whole experience was a lousy one.

You go to white spot knowing what you want and what to expect, nothing special but familiar. This location does that expectation a great disservice. Slow and inattentive service was what stood out the most.
